Ordered 2 whoppers with cheese hold letuce and onionhad both .bottom bun was black and soggy. Asked for ketchup packag you would think I asked for her for the moon.took 15 min to get food was the only one in restaurant.Ii was polite the hole time as I know the job can suck. Got back on the road and had 2 throw both whoppers away

Not someone who usually does reviews, but this one really killed it for me…I come in from a long roadtrip to get a whopper meal, there’s only 2 employees working with multiple people inside.Not only that, the cashier who appeared to be the manager advised there were no pickles, lettuce or tomato… I went with it and just kept it moving until my meal was ready. When she gave it to us, she also advised there is no Coca Cola or ketchup packets and refused to let me know before paying as well as did not want to take the food back and give me a refund. This is the last time I’ll go to ANY BK location. Please don’t ever come here…

Drive-thru was slow despite no line inside or out. Out of Dr Pepper, sweet tea, unsweet tea, and the coke was watered down. Bathrooms were run down, no soap in the men's, and the paper towel dispensers were empty or broken.
