The cashiers are not attentive. They have Poor attitudes, they don't move in a haste, and are very unprofessional. They need to be restrained. CAPTAIN DS Cater to alot of seniors, so who would want their grandparents or parents being served by someone with such low quality hospitality. Retrain your front line cashiers / servers!

I was so looking forward to my meal, it taste great. But the portion sizes are pathetic. This is literally a fry on top of the fish filet for size. Sad.
My mother and I go a good bit to this Captain D's and normally we do the $5.99 meal with fish, shrimp, and fries. This evening we went online and placed our order for the same meals. Under special instructions I put that we would pick it up in drive thru. We waited about 10 minutes before we left our house, which is less than half a mile away, and pulled in the drive thru lane. We were there in line for 10 minutes then decided to pull around and park so mom could go in and get it. Got home and the shrimp wasn't cooked properly, the fries were aweful and usually we get 4 pieces of shrimp and this time only got 3. Worst experience we ever had with them.

This is definitely the Worst place in Orangeburg to order through drive-thru. We've had sides missing before, this time we ordered the 10 PC. fish family meal And got 10 pieces of Chicken ! Asked about their app which doesn't even recognize the place... no help at all. We Will Not Be Screwed Over Again Here !

We've always liked the fried fish, broccoli, coleslaw. Fish was still pretty good this time, but I had a crab cake and it had pretty much zero crab meat, and not yummy at all. Worst thing about this visit was when my husband came back to the table with his water it was yellow/tan, and not from using the same dispenser as the lemonade. I tasted it to see; NOT lemonade 😝. There was a big puddle of water on the floor by the drinks and condiments service, yuck!
