This is definitely the Worst place in Orangeburg to order through drive-thru. We've had sides missing before, this time we ordered the 10 PC. fish family meal And got 10 pieces of Chicken ! Asked about their app which doesn't even recognize the place... no help at all. We Will Not Be Screwed Over Again Here !

We've always liked the fried fish, broccoli, coleslaw. Fish was still pretty good this time, but I had a crab cake and it had pretty much zero crab meat, and not yummy at all. Worst thing about this visit was when my husband came back to the table with his water it was yellow/tan, and not from using the same dispenser as the lemonade. I tasted it to see; NOT lemonade 😝. There was a big puddle of water on the floor by the drinks and condiments service, yuck!

Food was horrible. I only ate one of 15 shrimp. First and last time ordering. The Cole slaw was the best thing on the plate. Even the corn on the cob wasn't good. The Red velvet cheesecake was delicious.

I ordered a 6pc chicken tender combo and a slice of pie. The chicken was like rubber and the fries were hard as a rock. I didn’t even get my slice of cheesecake when I got my food.

The person working the cash register seemed to care more about her Bluetooth speaker and complaining about customers other than customer service. They were out of coleslaw, oysters, sour cream and okra. Food was ok. The young lady working the register needs additional training on how to talk to people.

Ordered a big fish combo last night, if I'm not mistaken I'm supposed to get two large fish in my sandwich. Why when I got my order, I had what appeared to be one fish that wasn't even that big split in half to try to make two damn fillets smdh!!!!!!! I have tried to work with captain d's over time but they are not working with me because they constantly disappoint on messing up my damn order!!!! Now I'm really just waking up this morning because my girlfriend reminded me talking about she had bacon in her loaded potato soup and I cleary asked them for NO BACON in the soup!!!!!! I blame myself now for continuing to put myself through this trauma of being hungry for some fish and being let down by my order(not again)smdh!!!!!! Captain d's has turned into captain f's for me because they constantly failing on there service to me so I'm done eating there smdh!!!✌️
Today I was really disappointed with the food. i ordered grill white fish for my 82 year old mother. The opportunity to observe your food is given. However, I didn’t check the underside of the fish. It was burnt to the core. My mother doesn’t believe in wasting food so she scraped the burn off. I will be throughly checking the meal.
