The food was excellent. They serve the most delicious croissants I've ever had. They come drizzled in honey. The desserts we equally as delicious. We were starving and just so happened found this place. Glad we did!

Food was good. Had prime rib and baked potato. Very good but nothing special. Clam chowder was fantastic. Wife had filet mignon and that was very good as well. Seemingly being the only place to get a steak in town , I would go again. Jay the bartender was fantastic.

Jilly was awesome! She was so kind and on top of things. She gave us awesome recommendations. The portion size to the price of food was perfect. My 14 month old was quickly served so we were able to enjoy our food. As a single mom that creates the atmosphere that makes you want to come back. I was extremely impressed by the quality of food, there is nothing I can find with our dining experience. Thank you so much Jilly, we will be back to see you!

I absolutely love the food. The problem is being able to get it. Pretty disappointing you can't get a sandwich in the afternoons. Staff isnt very friendly either. Never has been in all the years going there. I would probably stop going but they literally have the best chicken salad I've ever had in my life and its worth the crap service with a pretty gnarly price tag.

The food overall was good. The server was the worst ! First we sat down and just sat until the hostess past by and I asked who was I waitress because at this point a couple that was seated after us got their drinks.The hostess was very nice and got our drink order and apologized and said the waitress said she didn’t see us sitting. I found that hard to believe because she had to pass our both to go in kitchen! Then when she gets there to take our order we were ready to place the order for appetizers and main course we was told she just take the appetizers for now and would come back for order. That was another 15-20 minutes .Once food came out of course items was missing that was another 15-20 minutes. She gave me a water refill but didn’t bring back my daughter’s refill for another 10 minutes! Overall horrible service! And to top it off my daughter wanted more rolls and was told it was extra I never heard that and been here many times and always got extra. I was just here with group of 11 about 2 weeks again and our waitress bought more than enough rolls out twice! She just had an attitude overall when we were the ones receiving bad service!!!! I think her name was Jakayla

Food was amazing, the server had an attitude and made the whole experience horrible she needs to be fired, Her name is Jayla w. The hostess was the sweetest person ever she made sure we got our drinks and everything and she made us feel welcomed. Jayla W is a horrible server and shouldn’t be serving anyone.
Went around 5:30pm tonight and ordered a salad with sirloin as my protein. They told me they didn’t have steak for my salad. So I asked if they had any steaks. She proceeded to tell me yes, just can’t use it for salad. I could order a steak as a meal, order the berry salad, pay for both separately, cut it myself and put it on my salad. Very disappointed in the last two visits there. Hope this is not the start of a downward slump.

On a roadtrip and needed a break. Found Chestnut Grill and stopped in. The food was well prepared, homemade and delicious. The place was clean and comfortable, and the service was exceptional!
