The slowest CFA drive-thru ever!
We used the app to order even tho we ate in the restaraunt. We got our food quickly and it was good quality. The dining room was clean even tho it was terribly busy. All the staff was nice and helpful.
Kid-friendliness: They have a small play area that was perfect for our grand daughter to burn some energy in as we were on a 5 hour car trip.

Drive thru is unbelievably slow. Don’t go to this location if you are short on time.

Chick fil a is chick fil a, went through the drive through, fairly quick service, polite staff. Everyone just a little to pretentious for me. Just under $10 for lunch, good deal. Just not my favorite.

I went to the drive-thru, waited for a minute for somebody to take my order, and another car’s order was taken ahead of me. The whole waiting time from pulling to the drive-thru till I got my order took an 8-min at 7 am on Monday. Fast food is not fast anymore.

Another iconic American franchise sullied by the usual suspects.
7 am, and the female working the drive-thru/taking our order made it sound as though our presence was an inconvenience. Zero enthusiasm. Zero conviviality. Simply unpleasant.
The attitude was antithetical to hospitality. But, this has become the norm for Chick-fil-A (and every other fast food restaurant).
We will never return to this location.

I just came through the drive-through right as these ladies were closing and I feel terrible, I am in hospitality. I should’ve known better to check what time they closed. The sweet girl at the window did not treat me any differently for being in her drive-Through so late. She was so lovely and I feel like that is just not something that you experience often. I feel compelled to make sure her team knows that she could have been frustrated or negative with me and she was just the opposite. She is truly a hospitality professional.

Came to this chick fil a while on a road trip. Our 2 year old son was in full melt down mode and the entire staff was so supportive. William was very attentive making sure we had everything we needed and sharing some kind words with us. Thank you so much! ♥️

Insanely slow for a chick fil a, although prob on par with a typical southern "fast food". Just not to chick fil a standards.

I'm not one to ever complain about service because I'm a very understanding person. Also, this establishment is always on top of everything. Today is different and I will complain a bit.
I made a mobile order for pick up; my grandmother picked it up the food for all of us. The Market Salad was missing. I went back to get the salad. It's an 11-minute drive. I took a picture of everything in the bags, of the receipt on the bag and I already had a screenshot of my order from the mobile app. The wonderful lady at the register was amazing–– very patient, calm and understanding; she called another woman over (I'm assuming either shift manager or assistant manager? I'm not quite sure) she was rude and kept asking for the receipt in hand even though the lady at the register was showing her the information she needed. She proceeded to tell me I got my salad in a bag. I politely told her, "I know it comes in a bag but I never received it. I only got 2 kid's meal's bags and . . ." Before I could finish, she turned around and left without saying anything. I didn't know if I was going to get my salad or not. So, I just stood there and waited. The kind lady at the register brought me my son's salad and apologized for the inconvenience. I know it's hard to trust people these days but you don't have to be rude.
