We were so excited to go to chick fila when we arrived the Experience was absolutely horrible. Ordered inside restaurant @ 5:30, didn’t receive food till 5:50, food was missing. I had to ask for our shakes and told the staff member how unorganized their process was . Manager was more worried about the drive thru than customers inside his restaurant.

Whenever I visit this establishment, the staff greets you with a smile,they're professional as well as friendly. The food is made to order and seasoned to perfection. The lemonade is still the best in the world

Always busy but really busy around noon. 3 lines 20+ cars but the valets were pleasant, kept the lines moving 6 minutes from entry to exit with hit food and no mistakes on the order, 30.00 for 2 for lunch

In line for 20 minutes and never moved in the drive thru. Went inside and it was standing room only and never got any food. I don't know how the food was because we never got service. People were walking out and driving off without service.

How does a restaurant like Chick-fil-a run out of regular creamer for coffee? Staff impolite about it too. I would've left this review on their website, but the ink on receipt I just got is splotchy and faded. I can't believe corporate allows this.

This location has some major issues with getting an order correct. The last two trips through the drive-thru had a combination of my order being incorrect and both times items were missing. Seeing as home is 25 mins away, this is really an inconvenience that has become frustrating. I’ve had them read back the order to me so I know that’s correct. And I know they have the name right. Upon arriving home and looking at the receipt, I was certainly charged for the items I ordered. That always seems the case no matter where you go. When was the last time you were undercharged? LOL!

I think I will avoid going back until management performs some better training/re-training. The line moves much slower than it used to. Employee turnover perhaps? This location does not have the machine-like accuracy it once did. That’s a real shame because they use to impress me every time I went.
