Chipotle Mexican Grill

Love, chipotle, but the timing is a little off here they seem to run out of food at the busiest times of day. And you’d have to wait until they make more.. the atmosphere is very loud and I wouldn’t consider eating in here.

On November 12, 2025, I visited the Orangeburg location to pick up two online orders, totaling 17 entrees, for my leadership team. Upon arrival, I waited approximately six minutes at the counter before being acknowledged, despite there being 8-9 staff members in the kitchen area. When a team member finally approached, I clearly stated that I had two online orders with a total of 17 entrees. She retrieved a bag and, upon my inquiry, confirmed that both orders and all items were included. While I acknowledge that I could have verified the contents myself, I did explicitly ask for confirmation.

Upon returning to my workplace, approximately 20 minutes later, I discovered that the second order was missing. I contacted the support line, where a representative was very apologetic and helpful in resolving the issue. When I returned to the store, the same team member who initially assisted me provided no greeting, apology, or acknowledgment of the previous error. She simply handed me the missing bag and walked away.

As a customer, I expect a basic level of service and to receive the items I have paid for. Despite the circumstances, I maintained a professional demeanor and was not rude or aggressive towards any staff member. The service received at the Orangeburg location, excluding the customer support representative, was highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I invested nearly $300 and was treated as if I were an inconvenience. This level of service is unacceptable, and I believe the Orangeburg location requires significant improvement.

I wish I could put no stars! Didn’t get none of the tortillas I added , little to no lettuce ,the sauce & the chips? I’m not expecting half of bag but even a small bag of Doritos got more chips than that & stale?! Rice soggy as hell. Never again idc where the chipotle located ion want it! On top of looking sloppy.

I had to wait 15 mins for them to cook more meat…by the time I got the meat on the food, the rest of the food I rested was cold

The people are nice and the food is always fresh. I think they haven’t kept up with the demand of the people yet so yes, they are not usually stocked up but I’d rather wait for fresh food to be prepared. Let’s just be patient, we’re all human. 😌

The line moved briskly, the food was fresh, restaurant was CLEAN and the service was AWESOME!!!

The food here is straight trash. No seasoning at all.

Have eaten at a lot of these restaurants use to be real good.use to get fair amount to eat not any more bout a spoon full meat steak mostly grisel and tough

They do not change gloves at all. I watched an employee who was making food, wipe her nose, handle a clipboard, and touch everything else under the sun with the same gloves she was abo it to begin serving on the line with. Absolutely nasty and I lost my appetite. It’s not that hard to change gloves after touching non food items.

Ordered tacos they gave them to me balled up in aluminum foil I eat at the goose creek location all the time and I’m almost sure that those tacos was supposed to be in a plate not in just aluminum foil waste of money 😡

Probably the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Service sucks, employees are super rude and slow. One time my online order wasn’t ready had to wait 40 mins, ended up just leaving.
