Hey Fast Foodies, stopped in for a quick online order. Chicken came out too hot to hold. Fresh and delicious. This spot is delicious every time I visit the Burg.

Worst food I've had here since I started going there. Food tasted nasty due to grease that needed to be changed. Also didn't get the Honey biscuits with my order. Most likely will not be going back.

I can't rate the food because I never received it. I used my points from the app for a chicken sandwich when I went in to pick it up the manager was leaning over the counter looked up a second asked what I wanted told her I had an online oder she continued to play on her phone and with an attitude said they couldn't make my order because they didn't have it right now to cancel it on my phone but it wouldn't give me that option. So I lost my points and there was other options on the web page that could have been another option they just seem not to care like they don't want to be there. There is one woman I've meet there that does go beyond and above but the rest always have attitudes and they never have many of the options they offer I get being out of something here or there it happens but always they need to do better or close

I went through the drive thru at 8pm on a Saturday and all over the windows were posters saying open late! Open til midnight! After waiting a few minutes in the drive thru with no response I went around to the front. The employee standing inside was watching TV and the doors were locked. Completely ignored me knocking. The hours on the door still said 9pm

We went to the drive thru and didn’t even order yet and the lady said a 45 minute wait so we asked why her response was excuse me a wait on chicken period this place is worthless
Came twice while I was the area and was not able to try the pies they were unavailable or I would've had to wait

If I could give it less than 1 star I would have. First of all it says stays open til 11pm Sunday thru Thursday. Got there at 9:12pm and the door was locked. Says you could only go to drive thru. So wanted to make sure the chicken was fresh, so was trying to ask the that was standing in front of the door inside sweeping. He said I can't hear and continued to sweep. My wife shouted is the chicken fresh because if not we were willing to wait. The guy said the they had was whatever was up there, not knowing how long it's been sitting under the lamp, did not want to spend alot of money just to find out the chicken has been sitting under heat la.p for hours. Was will to wait for fresh chicken but wasn't an option. I have had it with this location and never left a review until now. This place never have it where you can go inside to order your food. So you never really get to see what you're ordering until after you have paid and in the drive thru line. So I would never, even if you are starving go to this restaurant. No professionalism, no willingness to attempt to satisfy a customer. Frankly this place should really be closed.

I patronized this place for years, not only did I give this place my service; I gave it my patience. Today I witnessed the downfall of my people through years of psychological whiplash. To experience gag reflexes like no other from the food served here today Sunday July 20 2025. My only request is for them is to do better. I don’t need your thanks; just do better.🤢For I fool I will no longer be. . . Yall lost one ☝🏿👎🏿
