Please do not eat here . I order a burger tray with Cajun fries back in June food poisoning for 3 days I couldn’t even get out my bed I wanted to give them another try since I was so tired from work another burger tray food poisoning vomiting everywhere could barely lift a limb . WHOEVER IS BACK THERE OK THAT GRILL NEEDS TO BE FIRED BECAUSE IDK IF THE BURGER IS RAW OR THE GRILL IS DIRTY I HAVENT EATEN THE WHOLE BURGER BECAUSE IT WAS THAT NASTY TASTED LIKE CHARCOAL AND I STILL GOT FOOD POISONING, you can really kill somebody!!!!

Worst experience ever,ordered 2 cookout trays with BBQ sandwiches fries and quesadilla, the fries were cooked in old grease, the BBQ sandwiches were dry and very small the the quesadilla was burnt to a crisp,management needs to either do a lot better or close the doors

Let's talk about the shakes that cookout makes or should I describe them more like ice cream as they are so wonderfully thick. With so many flavors you just can't go wrong. Usually the food is good for what it is fastfood.I find the worst item to get is fries for some reason my are always just warm so I usually get a different side hushpuppies is a goto and corn dog . If you mess these items up you have to not care as they can take abuse...I often get hotdogs with chilli .The only time
they are bad is when you get the over cooked old chilli which destroys the taste.

Dear, cookout you do not put bacon in the deep fryer and make sure you cook that pork well and when the fries are brown they are done not white please stop before yall make these people SICK

Food and drinks were terrible. Soda tasted like tap water. Burgers were burnt. Fries tasted like oil. This cookout location is the worst I have ever been to.
