They do not accept credit cards. There ATM only allows $100 per transaction. They try to claim they are local only to complain about the local people. I will never go back. They are an insult to business and local people
Great waiter, food was good, you can sit as long as you want after you are finished..no rush.
It's an ok place, coffee was lukewarm
Had to ask for more coffee, service was just ok, we were missing toast and biscuits, but didn't want to wait any longer
Food took a while to come, waitress seemed new and little shy, would try another place before going back
This CB is a hit or miss. As most establishments are, it all comes down to management and expectations of your employees. Here there is neither. Long wait to be seated though very few customers there. 10 minutes before anyone came to our table, nasty attitudes and lack of any enthusiasm at all from the employees. To be a popular restaurant right by a busy interstate in a town that struggles, you should do a lot better or shut down like the other restaurants in the town.
We enjoyed doing some shopping and our dinner was really good!
I was pleasantly surprised at the turnaround of Cracker Barrel of a better menu and better food. Maybe this location has a good management team. Keep up the good work.
We were timely seated and totally enjoyed our meal. Our greeter, waitress, and cashier were friendly and pleasant.
Hash brown casserole was cold and hard as can be! Only reason I did not complain was because I was with a crowd and do not want to embarrass anyone!
Pam was an excellent server. Always enjoy the retail store as well.
Predictable

The only reason that I have a 4 stars is because I was shorted my biscuits. The food was delicious. I got the jelly and honey for the biscuits just no biscuits. I didn’t check my online order until I was back at work which is 15 minutes from the restaurant.
The server was great, and the food was delicious!
Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite places to eat. This trip was different. When we were seated, the hostess put us in a corner right next to a large party. I requested if we could sit one table over, she told us no that would be a different server. They were not busy and there were plenty of tables. Our server came to the table with a basket of biscuits and didn’t ask if we wanted corn muffins. I had to wait for him to come back with our drinks to request them. Our young server was either new or very forgetful and the kitchen staff should be reminded what meals come with because my fish came without hush puppies or tartar sauce. When I requested them, our server wasn’t three feet from our table before he forgot what I asked for. When I requested them again, he forgot again but came back and told me he didn’t see them and that the kitchen was backed up and that they were far down on the list to cook. I told him to never mind them because at this point I was finished with my meal. When we ordered sides, we requested side salads. He brought out full salads and when we asked he said he put it in wrong. He did, however, remove our drinks to compensate for not getting the hush puppies. When we went to pay the bill, the cashiers just stood there and didn’t tell us they could take care of us. All in all, this is the worst Cracker Barrel I have ever eaten at.
I enjoy the casual atmosphere and the attendant care of the wait staff.
The food was nicely portioned, as always at Cracker Barrel, and it was prepared quickly (we have to order 24 hours ahead of time). I got in and out and served Easter dinner to my family with very little trouble. keep in mind this was a prepared set meal so they were very little substitutions, but that was fine for The one thing that keeps this from five stars is that they forgot to put in the cranberry relish, which is not very big, but if you buy them, check your food to ensure they got everything right. Other than that, I would do this again
