Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

1hr wait for food. No urgency out of staff.

Filthy bathrooms with overflowing garbage. After wating 20 minutes to be seated, it took another 25 minutes to get our food after ordering it. To top it off, there was no peas in my Home-Fries Shepherd's pie entree.

I ordered “to go” and I’m still here waiting it’s been over an hour when me and my friend ordered the EXACT same thing and she received her food within the first 15min. Would not recommend. The people that came up to me received their food before me and it’s ridiculous service where one of the employees were even wearing headphones while serving customers. Every time I asked for my order they would say in a few minutes and then another 15min would pass and nothing.

I visited the Cracker Barrel in Orangeburg, SC while traveling today and was very pleased with the friendly, pleasant and efficient service i received from Sherwin, my waiter. He had many tables to wait on but checked on me each time he passed to make sure I had fresh coffee and he always asked if there was anything else I needed. Your food is consistently good so It was a great way to start my day. Also, Tasha, the manager, met with me and was pleased to hear about Sherwin's good service. She encouraged me to post this review and when I asked for help to find this site, she stopped what she was doing and helped me with a smile on her face. It was a very pleasant experience and because of it, I'll try other Cracker Barrels along the way as I travel to West Virginia and back home to Florida.

Had lunch here today, really nice experience. The food was delicious, and though they were somewhat busy I didn't feel rushed. And, I hit the 40% clothing rack on the way out, which was great!

This place needs a good deep cleaning. It is dusty and grimey and has an odor. How can a guest enjoy their food if the restaurant is so nasty. I can't even imagine how dishusting the kitchen is.

bad experience yesterday on my anniversary of all days ordered the food 15 minutes away got there had to wait 20 more minutes and then when I finally got it the food wasn't cooked all the way through the worst $25 I've ever spent

They do not accept credit cards. There ATM only allows $100 per transaction. They try to claim they are local only to complain about the local people. I will never go back. They are an insult to business and local people

Great waiter, food was good, you can sit as long as you want after you are finished..no rush.
