Stopped here driving from Charlotte back to Florida. Googled "soul food" and so happy we chose this establishment. My friends and I were not disappointed. Buffet style soul food with the best service! Fried fish, pork chops, fried chicken, pot pie, beef tips and potatoes, squash cass, greens, peas, rice and gravy, candied yams, BIG turkey wings, sweet tea, lemonade! The sweet people that work there are very attentive. Had a great lunch on our way home, but needed a nap after! WONDERFUL LUNCH!
First time for me but this place is well worth it. The price, the food, the service and the atmosphere are all amazing…. Time for a nap ?

Customer service was poor, food on hot bar was warm and cold in most spots, once we placed an order it took over 1:30 minutes to get our food and when anyone asked for a refunds manager offered and insisted us to pick a free dessert. Dessert looked old and not fresh to look and taste. Was upset and when arrived back to hotel one of my sides was missing and they where out of alot of sides as well.

The food is authentic soul food and fabulous...greens, yams, cabbage, rutabagas, fried chicken, fried pork chops, fried fish and banana pudding!!! Felt like I was at home in S GA with Mae!!!! My heart is happy and my stomach is extremely satisfied and FULL! Will definitely come back and the drive will be worth it!

Discovered this on a visit to Edisto Gardens. We ate a late lunch off the buffet. It was all good and our waitress wonderful. Definitely worth the trip from Blythewood . Loved the turkey wings and the collards were killer. DO NOT EAT THE MACARONI AND CHEESE . IT IS ALL MINE. Best I've had in a long time. Sweet taters and black eye peas were delish too . Will visit again in December when we come for the Xmas lights.

This is a nice little place we'd been wanting to try, so we went here with our son and daughter-in-law to see how good the fish was. We tried the buffet since fish came with it and we were hungry. Wow - we're we surprised how good the food was and our waitress brought out not only the fish but also pork chops, as well as turkey wings. Needless to say we were all full and very happy with the service and the food.

We're visiting from LA, Calif.The young guy at Dollar Tree recommended this place.The food; chicken (wings) & fish (2pcs cat) was decent. Some of the wings weren't cooked all the way through.Some wings (flats) had hair & the coating (lemon pepper) was too Much!Yams, Mac n chz, No flavor.Service...the short little old lady at the counter was NOT pleasant or friendly. My 1st time meeting a Karen of color....She said they didn't have menus...what establishment has no menu or ketchup, yet u have fries? Guess it's an Orangeburg, Carolina thang.Would I go back, NOPE
