I don't give 5 stars very often but the girls here deserve it and more. My husband and I came through the drive thru Wed night on our 12th trip to the hospital to see my mother in law who was very ill. What she wanted more than anything was a Banana split. When we finally found a place that had one we headed straight for it. We were hungry too so we each got a basket and was surprised how good it was, but the best part was when we told them what the ice cream was for they included a very sweet hand written note to my mother in law that made her smile with delight. Taking that time to make a very ordinary take out order so personal made her night. It brought a tear to my eye to see someone stop what they were doing and personally write that note to someone they had never met. Well done girls and thank you for giving us a chance to see her smile like that when she was feeling so awful. We need more people like you in food service.

The food was okay and has changed over the years. The service was bad. I ordered at the drive through and after ordering. I contemplated driving straight through and leaving. Maybe angry people shouldn't work the drive through or cook food. Thats scary!

Decent food but the only highlight is their vanilla ice cream, it's the best vanilla you can ask for, the rest of the food is ok. Staff are typically helpful but unfriendly.

Well worth the trip to the Burg. Go in sign petition and get some of the best food in world. Friendly staff clean environment. This long time fav needs to remain in Town/ new day friend dropped drink and order was not to please wonderful lady Mrs Mary came and offered make it right box of food later and drink replaced truly outstanding local Mrs Mary she is truly a treasure. Why this place is the spot in the Burg thank u Mary outstanding. I say 7 star

I absolutely love the Dairy-O!! My family and I have been customers since I was a little girl and any time I come back to visit family in Orangeburg, I always make it my business to stop by to grab something to eat. Might I add, the food and customer is just and good & wholesome today and it was decades ago! The chilli dogs are my favorite! 😋

I am not sure how this place has a 4 star rating. The food is DISGUSTING! I ordered some lunch for my family, I ordered, chilli cheddar dog, a bacon cheese burger, fries, onion rings and a fish basket, everything was disgusting and that is without talking about how oily everything is. The food smells disgusting as well. I wish I was a secret shopper. The owners need to send secret shoppers to witness the food, quality of food and your workers smh... . I don't know if my experience would be different during a differt part of the day, but it would seem that 3:30 would be a good time. There are too many itemized disgusting things that I can say about everything that I ordered but for the sake of my time and space alloted, I will let you use you imagination. I don't know if this the food should be considered food. A shame. Smh.. I hate that I couldn't give them a negative 5 stars, the least you can give is 1 star.

Came here 20 minutes before close to get some ice cream. It was clear that they didn't want to help us when we got to the speaker. Then we were told the chocolate ice cream was out. It was pretty obvious they just didn't want to make what we ordered. Terrible service here. Maybe it should have been a parking lot.
