Was told that I couldn't get a delivery order 12 minutes away because they only do 10 minutes. The gag is I had a pizza delivered to the same address 2 days ago. The guy that answered the phone would not give me the store managers name
ordered online at 6:59...
at 740 the domino's tracker said my driver was on his way.
at 751... the tracker said my food was delivered.
at 803 the girl who answered the phone at the actual store said that I can't go by the time it says on their app as the time of delivery.
I said that I understand that...
but why does the tracker say DELIVERED...
she said it will be another 15 to 20 minutes before it ACTUALLY GETS DELIVERED...
Next time I'm ordering from Marco's!

Customer service from the cashier was very poor. The cashier than started talking with a young man from the back cursing like I wasn’t a customer in the store. They were standing right near the register where I didn’t have a choice but to hear them. To be a young lady to be cursing like that is very disrespectful. But to continue cursing in front of customers is very unacceptable. I will not be going back there again.
