Does not follow directions. I order the same coffee almost every day. On some days it tastes fine, while on others it is terrible, either overloaded with creamer or with barely any at all. Additionally, I am often not given liquid sugar as requested. Please train your workers on giving customers what they order.

This is my favorite location to go too. Kayla made sure my difficult drink was made the way I asked and she was super sweet even though it was only a few minutes until closing. Her mood and attitude on its own made my day better!!

Stopped off twice in October. Very pleasant atmosphere. First order on the money. Second trip, order almost correct. But not quite what I'd ordered on the kiosk. Still a good donut.

I got the $6 breakfast deal with a donut. Everything was delicious and hot … especially the hash browns. The customer service was excellent, I gave it 4 star because I felt like the ice coffee could have been better but overall I will be back. ALSO, may I add that if you are not happy with your coffee they will make you another one to your liking ✨.

I can't go more there, Im allergic to thr lactose, I was buying every day my breakfast there, and. I always said please no cheese! And a lot of days I have to throw the sandwich to the garbage, like 2 days ago I put the complaint with the manager and her answer was very rude even she didn't said sorry!

For some reason these workers can't understand the orders
1st time we went there, it was closed but said open, today waited in drive thru, no one ever answered, drove around he was waiting on a customer at the counter, ok but then he starts dancing, even though he seen us he didn't acknowledge us, finally came to windows, we t to place our order, didn't have nothing but frosted blueberry and regular frosted. Want come here again, hopefully they will build a KK soon.

Lots of employees, just don’t have a clue how a Real Coffee Shop Runs. No Organization whatsoever, watched 2 customers walk out, tired of waiting and there was about 6 waiting to be served with 4 people behind the counter. I waited about 5-6 minutes to be served, Reg Coffee and 2 Chocolate Donuts, pretty hard to Screw up that order up. Nothing Special, expensive and reminded me why I make my own. Very Disappointed, I’ve been to Real Dunkin Donuts for years up north.This DD has a ways to go to get Organized. Definitely not a good selection of donuts at all. 🤷🏻♂️

My order never changes! I order my iced coffee, the same way regardless of the location.. But for some reason, the one in Orangeburg does not follow directions correctly! My coffee always come out disgusting here! Then when I try to get them to correct it, they’ll walk away as if they’re fixing it and give me the same coffee right back! They need to be trained correctly or just shut it down
