Firehouse Subs Orangeburg

I stopped by today as I was walking in one of the workers was outside talking to her friends about why she didn't speak to them earlier I stood in the line for over 10 minutes no one greeted me I was the only customer in the store and as I was walking out the young lady was still standing there talking to her friends I have always been a fan of firehouse but I will never go back to the Orangeburg location customer service is the worst get some better help

Waited 37 minutes for one sub that looked like it was thrown together even though the kitchen was only putting out subs every 8-10 minutes

Me and my fiancé's ordered 2 subs and his sub had the dressing for my sub and mine had the dressing and veggies for his and the he realized that he had 2 top buns. I will not be returning to this establishment again I have worked at a firehouse and we that one never had issues the way this one does

I love the food when it is prepared as ordered. My biggest concern is that I ordered my sandwich without a pickle. Receipt showed properly. I picked up my order and right on top of my sandwich was a pickle. I had to throw my sandwich away. I am terribly allergic to them and stopped while driving home.

The floor was so sticky it seemed like they mopped the floor with soda, 2 of our 3 sandwiches were messed up, soda machine didn’t work, we requested sweet tea as the one in the lobby was empty, employees wouldn’t fill it up in the back and made us wait until they brew steaming hot tea. Would not return to this location, a disgrace to other firehouse sub franchises. Attached pictures to show the footprints along the sticky nasty floor.

Kenisha the AGM was awesome!!! Hands down, the best worker they have!!! I hope firehouse can train their other workers to be just as good as her!!!

Ordered tonight & the meat on the salad was missing. Worst of all my sub smelled like rotten meat. I could not eat it!!! Tried to call but no one answered. So disgusting!!

Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat on Sunday. The service was incredibly slow. It was not that busy and it was still probably 30 minutes from when we ordered until we got our food. We thought this would just be a quick stop on our roadtrip but were mistaken. The food was what you would expect from a firehouse. The cookies (chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin) were not very good at all. I would not return here.
