I made a mistake today and ordered 3 salads and I was upset, and disappointed with everything. Each salad seems to have a whole head of lettuce and little to no toppings. I paid for extra for cucumbers, tomatoes, and cracker and received 2 pcs of crackers for 3 salads, not to mention one of the salads was a chicken salad plate. Please be careful when ordering and definitely check your order before you leave. My Wife's Salad Chicken Salad Plate My Wife's Salad Extra Crackers Extra Cucumbers Extra Tomato Groucho do better to your customers because the prices is not cheap. Give us what we pay for.

Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Sandwich was melted more than normal. No One came around to check on me at the table. Not to mention the lady who did bring the sandwich just dropped on the table took off very rude like.

These days not very many people acknowledge your presence much less remember your name and what you order. Tonight I walked in Groucho’s in Orangeburg The lady said Hello Tammy 1 or 2 ? Extra ranch?? I’m so proud of her. Please acknowledge her performance She made my night light up. Such a small thing but a huge difference it made to me. 6:24pm Nov 13th 2025 I always order Two My wife’s Salad with extra ranch on my way home. I work here but live 25 minutes away. She made my drive home better tonight!!!!

For the last couple of years, I have been losing my strength and arthritis has made standing very difficult...it ok I am learning to cope and function. It's been a awhile before I cooked meals or made lunches so we eat out a lot. It has gotten so frustrating. To day John wanted Grouchos. I asked for a pastrami on rye with Swiss and a little mustard. No lettuce or tomato. What i received is pastrami no swiss, plenty of lettuce and tomato and the most distressing part was the several pieces of hair. We think in our orders, 4 out of 5 are wrong no matter who we order from. It is just frustrating. Please care what you are doing. The manager wanted to make it right, but for John to have to go back.

I must say The Dipper did not disappoint it hit all three targets! The sauce is a added bonus! Customer Service was quick & precise. 10 out of 10 Daphne Rice Highly Recommends
Great food and plenty and it's priced right! My Wife's salad bowl is awesome and so is the turkey BLT club😁 Definitely check them out if you haven't already!
