There were quite a few things that went wrong. First of all, our poor server had way too many tables to be efficient. We had to wait on drinks, wait to give our order, and wait about 40 minutes for our order to make it to the table,. Meanwhile, that silly robot kept beeping as it slowly passed our table a million times with a server following behind it to remove the food/drink and put it on the table. Honestly, it was a total duplication effort with the customer being the loser. The server would have been much faster bringing things from the kitchen.Additionally, our food tasted like a salt lick. Our server did offer to have it remade but we didn’t have another 40 minutes to wait for a replacement to be cooked. Please let me decide how much salt I need on my food beyond normal seasoning. You can always add salt but it’s difficult to remove at the dining room table!The Barrel Room bar is at the back of the restaurant so folks are constantly walking by to go in, go out, or make a bathroom run. The music was cranked up making conversation in the restaurant challenging since there’s no door between the two. And, of course, the robot was steady making bar food deliveries, beeping all the way.I’d love to see the old House of Pizza on Sims return to its former self. The “ambiance” has been destroyed. Too loud, too busy, and too slow.

I ordered chicken parmesan but instead received chicken parmesan soup it was so much water in the dish and I received 2 small chicken tender pieces as the protein on the dish and was charged $19.96 for. meal I did not finish nor like and the waitress was aware of this I should have dined at the one in John c Calhoun drive I will not revisit this particular restaurant again

Ordered 3 Souvlaki Platters, 20.00 a piece and the meat was all fast and gristle, wasnt a piece that was just meat. I will never go to this house of pizza again but the original one was closed and the reviews seemed ok.

Use to love this place whenever visiting orangeburg . The roast beef sub was always the best. Ordered it today and it sucked, one slice of meat, 2 pieces of diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce. What happened to this ? Won’t be visiting

I placed an order online at 4:52. I got to the store at 5:25 and waited over 20 minutes before I had to ask for my food again. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for my onion rings. It was an hour before I got my food and was only compensated for the onion rings instead of having my order remade. After it had been ready for over 20 minutes. This is the worst service. I went home with lukewarm pizza instead of hot pizza that should have been remade.Also someone tried to argue with me that the order was not gotten until 5:22, when it said on the receipt order placed at 4:52 and ready at 5:22. I would rather go to the original house of pizza because you are not treated the same way nor are you argued with.
