I’ve gone to this place multiple times. Today we stood around for 15 minutes before being told they can’t seat us because the cook says no. The times we were able to eat the food was old or never received half of the order. The 30 minute wait to order even though we were the only people in the place was a complete mystery. We then waited 40 minutes to get the check. It really must be nice to be able to not care if you make tips for doing nothing.

Worst experience at a restaurant of our lives. That’s saying something since my husband used to travel all over the U.S. Several meals they asked for the waitress said they did not have the items to make those particular dishes. They didn’t get the correct food that they ordered. Out of all sauces they asked for . The waitress didn’t even have a pen to sign for paying by card, which I’m sure most people do. She was nice enough but this place really needs g to I get it together.

The dude hosting is real rude. He asked the people in front of us how many they were, then he asked us how many we had in our group. Then he sat down the people who were in front of us. Then he came back to us and said Wait a minute, then he walked off. Then when he popped up again he sat down and had something to drink, then he got up and went back into the kitchen area and started fiddling with glasses. We walked out. That was so rude. Because of his rudeness he also lost the customers behind us.

They took too long to bring our food, and then he forgot our grit, and the young lady saw me looking back for our grits we had done ate our food before the grits came out the young lady had to go get it and it was thick and was not good at all..

Front lobby needed a deep cleaning. Front desk cashier attitude was not inviting or welcoming. Service was very slow for the customer volume to be as low as it was. But overall, the food was great!

I'm done with this Ihop. Ordered online and arrived at the time they said and still waited 30 minutes more. Food was cold and the order was completely wrong. This is not the first time for this to happen. Never going back!

Took my daughter out to breakfast. Food and Service have definitely improved at this location. Atmosphere was relaxing. Our waitress was energetic and helpful. The Omelet was fabulous. Buttermilk Pancakes are a must have! That blue raspberry lemonade was excellent.

The waiter must have been new, never got my coffee, had to ask someone else Kept coming to the table wanting payment but I wasn't ready to pay, came back again for payment, just paid thru the app with no tip.
