The best part of the visit was the staff were friendly and professional. However the chicken was too big and heavy. The chicken was so heavy the bottom of the box came open. To top it off, the chicken was not seasoned well. The Cole slaw tasted fairly well. The order was trashed after only taking a small portion for taste.

Bought 16 piece with 4 sides meal and 2 - 8 piece nuggets had to ask for my side missing 3 sides got home still missing 8 pieces chicken had to go back to get that wasn't offered anything for the extra gas I had to use to go back for the chicken we ask for one of the sm cakes they said they couldn't give anything mind you my meal was 75.00
NO MORE HOT WINGS, NO MORE WING MEALS .... WDH IS GOING ON KFC? And the gravy has changed as well.. 😔

It's rare that Arby's has better service than KFC, but that's the case here. The employees at KFC are rude, didn't even get all of my food in the bag and spent most of their time talking to each other. Just save yourself some time and trouble, just to next door to Arby's.

When I order online drive it's because I can't come inside. But instead they insist I have to come in to pick up online orders even though I ordered it drive thru in the app. I have trouble walking and that is ridiculous. Anyone else who ordered drive thru at the store isn't told they have to come inside for their food so why is ordered online being punished for doing so?
