Bought 16 piece with 4 sides meal and 2 - 8 piece nuggets had to ask for my side missing 3 sides got home still missing 8 pieces chicken had to go back to get that wasn't offered anything for the extra gas I had to use to go back for the chicken we ask for one of the sm cakes they said they couldn't give anything mind you my meal was 75.00

It's rare that Arby's has better service than KFC, but that's the case here. The employees at KFC are rude, didn't even get all of my food in the bag and spent most of their time talking to each other.
Just save yourself some time and trouble, just to next door to Arby's.

When I order online drive it's because I can't come inside. But instead they insist I have to come in to pick up online orders even though I ordered it drive thru in the app. I have trouble walking and that is ridiculous. Anyone else who ordered drive thru at the store isn't told they have to come inside for their food so why is ordered online being punished for doing so?

Please STOP offering Online quick pick-up. For the second time, it took 25 - 30 minutes after the "order ready" time. And then the order was incorrect.

Sunday 11/3... I had to beg & plead for them to give this lady a biscuit with her dine-in meal. Dang... she was almost finished her meal. EVERYONE in line was frustrated and the workers were looking at the monitors with extreme confusion.... and on top of all that... bad attitudes!!!!!!

Why is it every time I call this store, no one ever picks up the phone!!! This the 2nd time in a MONTH that I've came up there to order something and my order is messed up. This time, You charged me for BBQ nuggets that is no where in this bag. I already had to wait 20mins for my food to begin with, now I get home and some of my order is missing THAT I PAID FOR.
