Worst experience I ever dealt with in the restaurant industry!!!! The employee was extremely rude. He complained about me coming inside for them to explain charges on the receipt($40). He told the other employee to tell me not to come inside from the drive through because it was pissing him off and it wasn’t McDonalds. He was also complaining about making the food. I told him don’t worry about making my food, Cancel my order and give me my money back. I left and I don’t ever plan on returning which is a shame cuz I did enjoy every other Krystal burgers I ever ate at. I was excited to finally get one locally.

Truly awful place. Waited 45+ minutes for my food and was asked multiple times what my order was. Showed them my receipt every time and they'd say they are waiting on one more thing. Finally got my food and the apple turnover was covered in salt.

Ordered a delivery of a sack full of cheese Krystals with bacon, junkyard tots, the pick 5 deal with three chili cheese pups and two pulled pork sliders, and two shakes. Received sack of cheese Krystals with no bacon, fries not tots with only chili, three chili cheese pups, and no pulled pork sliders or shakes. Tried calling the store but no answer. Called the customer service number and left a message. Haven't heard anything from them. I'm out $20 and can't get an answer.

Placed an online order, drove 30 minutes to the only Krystal’s around here, then STILL waited 45 minutes for our food that was wrong. I love spending that much money and not being able to eat a bite of it. This specific Jackson, TN location is terrible and needs corporate intervention.

I visited the new location to check it out. While the ambiance was great, the cleanliness was a bit lacking. I ordered a chicken combo and a patty melt combo, which arrived promptly. However, the food was cold, and both my Coke and Dr Pepper were flat.
