This Krystals has to be the worst I have ever been to. We ordered spicy wings because they don't have original (that's on us) but we were told they weren't that spicy, they are spicy if you don't like spicy, again our negligence but don't say they aren't when they really are. There were 3 people in our party, my daughter got her wings meal first, then the guy that had ordered before us got his meal, then I got mine, then the couple after us got theirs, so finally my girlfriend who got the same 4 sandwich meal as me got her meal and had to eat alone because we had already finished. If took about 10 minutes to get the first meal and no lie about 30 to get our last meal. They gave us a frozen drink to comp for the wait plus some people after us got some apple pies for having to wait. There is no organization and no time management. I can't imagine the wait for drive thru. The people that worked there were nice even though it was chaotic. I wouldn't recommend, I was looking forward to good krystals sliders and left disappointed.

Never been a Krystal fan, but my husband's from Ohio and when he heard there was one in Orangeburg, SC, an hout from our home, he definitely had to go. I tried the Patty Melt and it was DELICIOUS!!!! The cheese was melted just right, the burger was cooked perfectly smashburger-style and the toast grilled exactly right. We're for sure going to eat there again!!

Wife said looked nice and clean and she spent about 12 or do for two burgers and two fries. Tried to post pictures of half full fries and burgers smaller than 3 inches but site won't let me. I can post them on Social media but not site. Wish I was warned about over spiced and small burgers I could have sent her to McDonald's instead

Expected a southern white castle from my memories, got a 20 year later shrinkflation reality. Thin meat slice, barely onion flavored with a dollop of mustard on a dry top bun and soggy bottom bun. Restaurant was clean and staff was nice 👌 but it is obvious why the lot was empty and 2 people could run the place.
Just left . Ordered 20 Krystal’s 6 with cheese . Hands down the best Krystal’s I’ve been to!

The lady in there with the glasses was very nice to me & my gf. She kept asking us if everything was alright & if we had a good christmas which was very sweet. It was my first time having krystal. Good burgers. Small but good.
