The last three times I have been here the average wait is about 25 min. The first time was 45, then 30, and now 20. If you are in a rush stay away. Why go back? It was closet on the way, but skip MCDonalds in Orangeburg. All of them are very slow.

They always have a nasty attitude. There is only one worker, not sure if she is a manager or what, but she is the ONLY one that is nice but isn’t always there. Other than that, be prepared for them to have an attitude with you for no reason and be rude. Food is otherwise good considering.

They lack the proper supports in team members and managerial staff. One young lady face and tone always displays disgust, now sure at what or who. At times the wait is long at both drive through and dine in despite the patrons awaiting either food or to place an order. It is the closest to my house and I do take the poor customer most times out of laziness/convenience on my part so I'll continue to and pray they grow in their position.

I’ve been in this McDonald’s for years and whenever they have the two for five dollar breakfast sandwiches I always substitute The biscuit to English muffin. Now today, I’ve been told I couldn’t substitute my English muffin. I’ve been always ordering the same thing and then they want to change it up and stuff and they can’t make up their mind of when they could do it and it’s like whatever they don’t care what kind of customer service they give you it was always gonna be a turn down. So I just walked out. They don’t care about customer service.

No stars for this place Bad bad service, they ignore you in the front of restaurant, they prioritize drive thru first, when I ordered the girl looked at me like I had 7 heads, didn't know what she was doing, and at the end my order was still wrong after waiting for more than 15 mins for w coffees, this place needs to shake up or close doors It's awful

Don't have a lot of time on Wednesdays due to corporate using the ...anyways. Quick lunch after a decade of a meetings. Thought I would be clever and order two fish filet sandwiches to make a double fish filet and a small fry. I'll build the beauty in the parking lot behind, enjoy some fries first, get back to make the full day crammed into a half day work! Yes! Well planned, laddie! Ha! Eh-yeah. First window, "mumble mumble fries?" "Yes! And two fish sandwiches!" "Yes, two fish sandwiches." Second window, "Two mumble mumble..." "Yes! and fries!" "Yes, two mumbles mumble....." You know. Capt D's has a fish sandwich with two humungous fish filets already. But I got no fish filet on Wednesday, March 26. I'm trying the fish filet sandwiches offered during Lent. If all McDonald's has to offer is what is shown in the photos, I'll go EVERYWHERE else. Bojangles offered it to me piping hot. BK, eh, they still have an edge. Arby's? Darn good. Popeye's is still up to try. But Mickey may need to take a lesson or two from the newcomers. But it's probably down more to their rep as getting your order wrong. I do hope somebody enjoyed my fries. If they were hot, they are awesome. If not, they are nauseating.
