We were in town visiting family and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff during two separate occasions this holiday weekend. The first time we visited through the drive thru and although the line was long, when ordering and picking up, the staff at the windows were kind and had smiles on their faces (11/29 7:00pm if you want to give them a shout out). The following day we experienced car troubles and I took my kids in to the dining room...
honestly, this store is inconsistent. some days i’ll get a wonderful manager that actually cares, amd recognizes me. and on other days i receive a sandwich like this, where the cheese isnt even melted.
My family and I go to McDonald's on North Rd numerous times a week. Everyone is always so kind to us. Wanted to give a special shout out to a staff member named Gabby. She is a great worker, extremely nice to us, and always am overall pleasure. Yall have a wonderful restaurant and a wonderful crew!
