I waited 30+ minutes for my food. I only got it after going up and asking for it multiple times. Also, I was given the wrong size of fries. 0/10 would not recommend. Go to the Chick Fil A next door.

For almost every fast food drive-thru in Orangeburg, if you're ordering more than 2 items, speak EXTREMELY slow & check your bag before you drive off. These people are victims of a super ultra mega concentration of STUPIT.

So I stopped here around 11 PM to just get a McChicken. Staff was nice. The young lady handed me my bag, and I have a tendency to look at my food before I pull off. I felt the sandwich being hard they bag and I pulled it out. It’s was horrible. How in the hell do you serve someone something like this? This sandwich had be sitting in the tray for hours. It was hard as a brick, dry, stale. It doesn’t even look edible. Literally everything at McDonald’s takes under 4 minutes to cook. Why are people being served trashed food. Managers and owners need to get more involved in their businesses. If food has not been bought within 30 mins of it being cooked, it needs to be tossed. Simple. But this is no excuse to serve food like this. And then when you ask for your food to be cooked to order, the staff is looking at you crazy. But this is why!

I ordered fries. Try to understand. I haven't had Micky D fries in YEARS. I was - so - looking forward to them. And.... they were not hot and they seemed to have been sitting around too long under a supposed heat lamp. $3 for major disappointment. 😞

Staff was very kind, and the business was one of the cleanest I've ever been in! Had a plesant smell when walking in the door, and didnt look run down or anything. Have no complaints what so ever!!
