It's always a pleasure to dine at a good Chinese restaurant, and I love the food. However, the customer service has been consistently disappointing, with a few exceptions of young ladies who have provided excellent service. Overall, I would appreciate it if you could focus on hiring staff with a more pleasant attitude to improve the overall dining experience.

Let me just start off by saying China Kitchen is horrible at running their business and has HORRIBLE customer service. Every single time I have ordered with them they have one of us ( a black African American YOUNG female) taking orders. My issue is not about race but it’s about properly training these young ladies on how to properly take orders. On 9/10/2025 i placed an order for myself and one other person. After i completed my order the young lady told me my total. Mistake number one, if she wasn’t sure about something I said over the phone she should have verified by reading me my order back to me to double check. She did not. The other person I ordered for went to get our food, I checked the food, this isn’t want i ordered. I immediately called to let them know and see what could be done about it. The SAME young lady that took the order earlier was the SAME young lady that answered the phone when I made a complaint about her messing up my order. Fast forward she’s telling me I ordered one thing when I know i ordered something completely different ( keep in mind i order the same thing every time I went to this restaurant). So she says come on back up here and we will give you what your were supposed to have. Got up there the young lady that took my order acted clueless and didn’t say anything to me. They ended up getting the manager or owner whoever he was, he’s like “ Where is the plate” I said “she didn’t tell me I had to bring the whole plate back up here”, “she told me if I came up here I would get what I was supposed to get the first time”. He’s like I can’t do anything without the whole plate (rudely), so in my mind I’m thinking why would I give y’all my whole plate back if it’s just one thing that was a mix up on my plate. The manager/owner was very rude about the situation as well. I would never give a whole plate back because I don’t know what your going to do with the rest of my food on my plate that I plan on eating. CHINA KITCHEN will NEVER get a dime of my money ever again.

Cash only. Filthy. Very rough atmosphere where I did not feel welcome. Prices online are not correct they have raised them since then. You're looking at about $20 per meal for very poor quality Chinese food and be treated like you aren't welcome the whole time you're there. Better off eating anywhere else.

After moving up North 28 years ago, every visit back home is a must for some red wings. Today, I visited with my husband. Very disappointing. My tradition has come to an end. The red wings were dull. Baby shrimp in the shrimp fried rice.
Two males constantly coughing and sneezing in the kitchen. My drive back my stomach began hurting. Wasted calories intake.

The shrimp fried rice was okay. Please stay away from the boneless spare ribs if you want your teeth. My god they were so dry and hard! 😣

I've decided to stop going to China Kitchen because the service at the counter is too sour and unfriendly, and I won't be mistreated any longer. However, this is the hottest and tastiest carryout in town, so you should try it, and see what you think. CASH ONLY!!!!
I am not a big Chinese food fan, but I was in the mood for something hot and savory without it being soul/comfort food. This location had me right and eating out of my plate before leaving the parking lot… bring cash though! They’re serious about only cash😜
