MYSELF AND A FRIEND HAD LUNCH TODAY 12/31/23. WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! OUR SERVER (KRISSI) WAS PROMPT, ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS IN REDGUARD TO THE MENU ITEMS, AND OUR BEVERAGES STAYED FULL WITHOUT HAVING TO ASK!! I COULDNT DECIDE WHAT TO ORDER. OUR SERVER RECOMMENDED THE BURBON SALMON. SHE MADE IT SOUND GREAT AND IT WAS!!! I WILL RETURN AND ILL MAKE SURE TO REQUEST THIS SEEVER!!

Kristen was our waiter and she gave us excellent service!! Our food was fresh and didn’t take long to come out! Drinks were delicious and gave a good buzz we were looking for! Kristen checked on us frequently throughout our dinning experience!

Avoid at all cost!!! Husband ordered pot roast, they were out, and I ordered chicken Caesar salad. My $14.99 salad had 3 strips of cold chicken, about a cup of iceberg lettuce and 5 croutons. They advised that they didn't have parmesan, would mozzarella be ok? No top shelf vodka and the soda was flat in my husband's drink. Bathroom stall door latch was broken off, no water in the sink and a pile of paper towels on the counter because the dispenser didn't work. I spoke to the manager, who couldn't have cared less. She said they were going through a management transition. More like a fire sale. AVOID THIS SCANKY JOIN!!!!

Ruby Tuesday is our go-to while traveling. This site is conveniently located just off I-26 and Hwy 601. Easy on and off. The place was hopping today with quite a few larger groups even at 1:30-2pm. The waitstaff were thinly stretched but pleasant and accommodating. Our server, Pam, did a terrific job of juggling her section despite being rushed. Food came out pretty quickly and piping hot. Hubby had the blackened tilapia and salad bar while I enjoyed a plate of veggies-absolutely love the preparation of their zucchini. Salad bar is always a hit with lots of fresh ingredients. If you are not a rewards member you should be! We had a free salad bar today! “Rubies” accumulate pretty quickly and the app and membership is free.

We arrived as another couple looked at salad bar where staff was restocking and promptly left. We were seated, ordered drinks and observed a lot of loud talking and disgruntled employees loudly complaining. Then add n employee entered the kitchen shouting, next a manager(we presume) entered kitchen and loudly proclaimed “one more outburst and you are finished’ (or something to that). The disgruntled employee exploded and was shouting at manager. WE LEFT. Definitely a lack of leadership with staff it was electrically charged. We went nearby to Fatz and it was calm and quiet, staff were polite and the food was good. We will not be stopping at Ruby Tuesday’s in Orangeburg ever again.
Surprisingly wonderful! The service was good, and our food was well prepared. The menu had many good selections. Everything was delicious.

This place looks very sketchy but is a diamond in the ruff. Everything here was top notch, except maybe the potato salad that was sitting on the bar too long. My waitress was very nice. She didn't know too much and had to be explained some things but very pleasant and friendly. The bartender killed the long Island I got and I was feeling pretty good after one drink. My boyfriend ordered a medium rare NY strip and came out more on the rare side but it was seasoned to perfection. No sauce needed ! All and all a very pleasant experience. Only down side is it took a while for the waitress to come originally but everything else was good

I had a lovely day I want to say Alexus was an awesome sweetheart she makes sure my food was great and I want to shout out to Ms.Keke she is wonderful manager she walks around making sure everyone is okay. She asked me if I was okay and she is just an amazing person yall really need more people like her these ladies were awesome tonight

This restaurant thinks they are the only game in town. Wait staff are completely untrained. Took 10 minutes to be seated in a mostly empty dining room. Another 10 to speak to a server. Our salads were finished before we could get our drinks. Food took forever. Was tasty, but incomplete (loaded baked potato wasn't) . Takes remained loaded with dirty dishes throughout our meals. Cobwebs abound. RUN

This place is an embarrassment to the franchise! Arrived at 8:15 when the place was almost empty. Was told there would be a 45 minute wait for a table. We could see into the bar area that all of the booths were empty. Told the hostess that we would be happy with one and was told that “There is no food service in there”. She had a tough s* attitude about it. We left,
