5 stars all the way around. The food was everything you would want from a soul food restaurant. Our waitress was busy but on top of things. She kept the drinks full and the table clear. There was a wait to get in which made sense being that it was a Sunday after church hours. I could go to this place every day of the week! Although I don't look for buffets, I am glad I ran into this one. This place will have you trying to hurt yourself loading up your plate. Everything was great!

The best southern country cooking buffet. I don't usually eat collards but it was the best. Smoky, with a hint of sweetness. My husband ate bbq chicken and it was so moist. We accidentally found this restaurant but we are definitely coming back. It's definitely worth of drive.

My first time at Pauline's today and it was delicious! The excellent service from check in to the attentive wait staff to the constantly refreshed/replenished buffet to the courtesy shown upon exiting made this a diner's delight! I look forward to coming back next time in Orangeburg.

Food was pretty good! But like a lot of places right now... The heat inside was just too much to eat in. I work outside in the heat all day long and it was even to much for me. Definitely be back when it's cooler. Suggest Togo plates for now.

I can’t say enough good things about Pauline’s Dining Room. The food, service, and staff are all above excellent. It’s impossible for your glass to get any more than half empty, the waitresses are on the ball! The restaurant is extremely clean, and everyone is extremely courteous. All the items on the buffet are fresh and hot. If Southern food is your love language(like mine,) Pauline’s is for you! I don’t throw this compliment around often, but the food at Pauline’s is on par with my Momma’s and my Granny’s cooking! Be sure and save room for dessert! After today, my blood type should be banana pudding!

Food overpriced for a Sunday Buffet style meal and pay is extra for drinks. The atmosphere was poor as I did not enjoy listening to country/western gospel music while eating, nor did I enjoy watching the OAN network while waiting to be served.

If you're looking for a delightful lunch experience in Orangeburg, look no further than Pauline’s Dining Room! I have been a regular visitor multiple times a month, and each visit has been a culinary treat. The buffet is always fresh, making it perfect for a quick and easy lunch break without compromising on quality. What truly sets Pauline’s apart is the attentive and personable service. The staff makes you feel right at home, ensuring that your dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish. As for the food, I can’t recommend it enough! The fried shrimp are perfectly crispy and flavorful, while the dirty rice is a savory delight that perfectly complements any meal. And don’t even get me started on the banana pudding—it's the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic lunch! To top it all off, the sweet tea is just like mama used to make, bringing a taste of home with every sip. If you haven’t yet made your way to Pauline’s Dining Room, you’re missing out on a true gem in Orangeburg!

Amazing food and friendly staff!
Very friendly environment, good people, clean place and delicious food always
The service was pressuring and taunting, they also had certain rules such as a time limit, dress code and no doggy bags. The food was ok except for the meat patties. They tasted funny and the texture felt like it was fake. The mashed potatoes were fake and they were just disgusting. The cheesecake was frozen and was most likely bought at their local grocery store. It was also way over priced and they charged for each individual drink. I will not go again. And the woman greeting us was definitely "passive aggressive". She could snap at any moment.
This was some of the best southern home style cooked food i have ever ate. I am not a fish eater but I had 5 pieces of the fish with the homemade tarter sauce. It was so good. My husband said that the collard greens were some of the best he has ever had and he said the chicken was perfectly cooked.
