5 stars all the way around. The food was everything you would want from a soul food restaurant. Our waitress was busy but on top of things. She kept the drinks full and the table clear. There was a wait to get in which made sense being that it was a Sunday after church hours. I could go to this place every day of the week! The best southern country cooking buffet. I don't usually eat collards but it was the best. Smoky, with a hint of sweetness. My husband ate bbq chicken and it was so moist. We accidentally found this restaurant but we are definitely coming back. It's definitely worth of drive.
My first time at Pauline's today and it was delicious! The excellent service from check in to the attentive wait staff to the constantly refreshed/replenished buffet to the courtesy shown upon exiting made this a diner's delight! I look forward to coming back next time in Orangeburg.
