Randolph Artisan Italian Ice & Gelato

If you want good Italian Ice and Gelato, come to Randolph's! Great customer service and great menu items!

I arrived at Randolph on a Sunday & the Owner was in the restaurant cleaning. He saw me at the door, Open the door to informed that they were closed But offered to give me Four samples to Go For Free!! It was my first time there and I’ve been a LOYAL Customer ever since!

On the way headed to Charleston and decided to stop with the family to get a cool treat and the shop is closed. I should have read reviews and known the business is inconsistent with its hours. Hopefully they can update their social media to communicate when they will be closed.

Weird experience. Wanted to review this place due to a majority of the positive reviews.However, a common negative complaint is the place being closed during listed open hours.I went by around 3pm on a Saturday and low and behold... closed. I read the reviews and the owner left a number, so I texted to see if hours had changed. No reasons as of 4 hours later.I hope to come back in the future and try it out but right now I have to 2 star it.

This business is remarkable. I don't know why anyone would rate a business with one star just because it is not open. The previous review is ridiculous. Great product, great service, great atmosphere ????.

Driving home from Florida on I-26 and googled homemade ice cream. Randolph’s popped up so we went. Didn’t even get gelato because the Italian ice was so good!! Highly recommend the Italian ice!! The owner was very helpful and friendly:-)

I absolutely love Randolph's homemade (with fresh ingredients) Italian Ices and Gelatos. I usually get the 4 scoops sampler so that I can get my favorites (usually banana pudding Gelato & one of several chocolate gelatoes he makes) along with 2 new flavors that I haven't tried. Have almost filled my card to get a free scoop. Try Randolph's Mango Italian Ice in Piggly Wiggly...it's scrumptious!

Drove 10 minutes off the interstate to try this place and arrived at 6:15pm and google shows they close at 7pm. Waste of time.

Went with our daughter as this was our first experience. Thoroughly enjoyed everything. The service, the flavors , the atmosphere were all great
