I order from the mobile app. I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes. When I arrived, I checked in they told me it would be out to me shortly. I hit the button 20 minutes later and they asked me for my name, which they didn’t do the first time, and told me it would be out shortly. I’ve already paid or I would leave. The food is nowhere near good enough to wait this long for considering I go to Texas roadhouse and get a steak ordered and brought to my table in this time. This is the reason people I want to go to sonic!

What a waste of time and money. Ordered a shake and a meal in the drive thru, I was told to pull up to the front of the building. I pulled up. I waited for 15 minutes before having to go inside to get my food only to be told. I had parked in the incorrect spot. That's why they didn't bring my food out. And also once I got my bag, all of my order was not in there. Didn't feeI like returning, the food that was in the bag was tough and overcooked. I will not be returning to this location!

Everything felt like back in the day service until the young lady brought my food out. She had a frown on her face and wasn't friendly at all. I almost asked for my money BACK. He sat the red tray on my car window and I had to get my stuff off without her giving it to me. I said thank you she rolled her eyes and walked away!

Went here and got a chicken sandwich combo and mozzarella sticks.. Thank goodness I had the sticks and tots or I wouldnt have had anything to eat.. The chicken was so thin and dry and felt like it had been sitting under the heat lamp all damn day... Then the Blast my son ordered wasn't even filled up 3/4 of the large cup he got...We come here alot and the food is doing nothing but getting worse and worse.. You obviously dont hire people who have any pride in a job and dont know anything about food quality.. I guess yall figure since you are right off the interstate its a 50/50 chance you just getting travelers...

Ordered two meals, one was the wrong thing and the Supersonic burrito was nothing but egg and cheese with one slice of tomato (missing sausage and tots). All the jalapenos were all in one clump at the end. When i went to the feedback site that you will give in an auto response to this, they said they would investigate, then have taken over a week to give me some kind of response. I would not eat here again. If you are on the road, keep on driving.

I walk in to pick up my mobile order only to see the all of the cooks handling multiple orders with no gloves on. One was even handling food after scratching their face and one right after handling their phone. I was given nothing but attitude when I asked for my order to be canceled and even then they didn't know how the process of doing so was done. Thankfully I was able to get a refund through the customer support line.

This sanitation issue is completely inexcusable and could leave someone seriously sick. If anyone who runs the store sees this, please retrain your employees on the importance of food safety.

Went into restaurant to order, employees kept on peeking from inside no one came out to take my order. 0 cars on drive thru. Poor customer service

We ordered in the app. The screen said our order was on its way and never came out. After a lady brought food to a car that arrived after us, I asked her about our food and she said she would bring it out after arguing with me that I was supposed to push the button when clearly on the screen it said our order was being made. Another 10 minutes went by and she never came out. I then proceeded to go inside and she asked my name again because in the past 10-15 minutes did nothing with my order. Finally someone else helped her and after another 10 minutes found my order after scrolling back 4 screens on the machine and had someone remake my order. The guy that was making the food was also not wearing gloves! We were at the location for an HOUR! Atleast 20 cars went through the drive thru while we were being ignored. Do not go to this location.
