Need to hire an entirely new crew for Saturday's, the drive in employee was obviously repeating what we ordered completely wrong, we asked for an order seven and she repeated three back... We ordered fruit punch and she repeated root beer... We asked for an American hotdog she repeated coney hotdog... By the time we just accepted the wrong order because we were hungry the chili was put in the bottom of the tray and the hotdog bun was on one side and the hotdog on the other, and we didn't get a straw, the card swipe wasn't working so we had trouble paying, I understand most places in Orangeburg have bad customer service, but this place really emphasized it, don't eat here on Saturdays. The employees were giving other people at the drive in issues as well.

I was so excited to go to sonic. Haven't been to one in years. So disappointed!! Food was AWEFUL!! Not just me, I caught hell from my 2 buddies for suggesting it because their food sucked to.

Omg I was so grossed out when I went in to order but I went to use the bathroom first . I came out to a caution wet floor sign and as I was walking out I saw fluids on the floor looked like vomit stringing from the ladies to the men bathroom. No one was around as I was walking up to the counter I told a young lady about it she was like she had no clue she was just getting to work . I started to stand to the counter to order but I changed my mind because if they leave vomit on the floor like that just imagine how they would do your food. This was my favorite place to go because the location is convenient but I will drive all the way across town to go to the other location because I just can’t unsee the grossness of the situation. You would have think that body fluids would have been top priority to clean up .

I was trying yo order a drink during happy hour and the young lady was very rude and condescending. I tried to hold it together but i got upset and just left. I never had this issue happen to me there . I tried yo call management but my called was unanswered

Service was not friendly. The store was dirty. Our shoes were sticking to the floor. We sat outside to eat. Not sure those tables had ever been wiped clean. Onion rings looked great but when you bit into them they were undercooked. The fries super small. The tots were the best thing we ate. The chicken tenders were flat and mostly breading. Chocolate shake was good. Overall we would not come back to eat here.

Rashard did an AMAZING job when it came down to getting everything done. He stayed positive and made sure our orders were correct. Only to be threatened to be fired by his management. I gave the food and service five stars cause HE TOOK MY ORDER, COOKED MY ORDER, AND SERVED ME MY ORDER! Only for him to be threatened by management to be fired. I will not be coming back. Thank you Rashard for your amazing customer service and for just going above and beyond to make things right.
