Update Aug 2025 1:20pm - complete turn around. Excellent service engagement from the moment we walked into the door until we left. Speed and accuracy on point. Will start coming back regularly again.

Usually the service is great, I may have caught them on an off day, but the ladies were a little rude, and got my whole order wrong after waiting 20mins

Not a fan until I tried there drinks. Excellent customer and always add a positive message on your cup. I see why people are addicted to Starbucks lol. I highly recommend everyone to atleast try a drink or food here. All Starbucks employees carry the same positive energy.

Last week my sister ordered a drink in advance. The blender was down. Spoke with Jeremy he says call back to get her replacement. I call back this morning & I have to sit on hold for 14 minutes. The guy gets back on the phone to tell me the blender is still down even though he could’ve said that 14 minutes ago. He comes back on the phone & hangs up. I call back I’m putting in her order, he stops me mid order saying they have customers & call back in 10 minutes. As if I’m also not a customer. What sense does that make? I tell him I can’t because I don’t have the time & he just leaves the phone.

⭐ One Star — Would Give Less If I Could

Honestly, I don’t know how Starbucks has made it this far. The coffee? Burnt, bitter, and overpriced. You’d think with all their hype, they’d at least serve something drinkable—but nope, it’s consistently disappointing no matter which location you go to.

And beyond the coffee, the values of this company are completely out of touch. For a brand that’s made billions off of American culture, it’s disheartening to see such a lack of real support for our troops and veterans. I’ve seen small businesses do more for our service members than this massive corporation ever has. It just feels performative and hollow.

The whole vibe has become cold, corporate, and disconnected. No heart. No community. Just expensive drinks and trendy branding that tries to distract you from how mediocre everything actually is.

If you care about quality, country, and where your dollar goes—there are a hundred better local coffee shops you could support. Starbucks has become the symbol of everything wrong with big business.

Do better. Or don’t—and we’ll keep spending our money elsewhere.

Taking a quick trip bc a loved one just passed away, we traveled from Florida to South Carolina and stopped into the Starbucks.The ladies made our drinks and were so warm and sweet putting cute inspirational quotes to help lift us up during our difficult day and travel. Will definitely be making this one of our regular stops.
