Got the wrong order. I ordered turkey, I got ham. I explained that I could not get back there that day. I went in the next day. The owner refused to give me the correct sandwich since I'm a frequent customer. He said no and tapped the tip jar after he rang me up. Some nerve..well here's a tip...get better customer service.

Don't even go there a girl dropped a whole pan of bread on the floor and the Indian who works with here pick it up and put it back in the pan. When I left the they thought he put that same pan of bread back in the the thing what they get your bread out of. The Indian girl who dropped the bread was very disrespect and so I told da Lil bich off. Never going back to that dirty store.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Walked in and the workers were arguing with each other. Getting louder by the minute. My kids and I were appalled. Arguing went to elbowing one another. Very unprofessional. Also, with them arguing with no mask on their faces (I can imagine what was flying out of their mouth). I will NOT be returning to this location.

Avoid this location if you have any self respect. The team working is the absolute worst and hostile. On top of that they lazy , incompetent and refusing to figure a way to accommodate that they say the coupon scanner doesn’t work. They had no alternative to help resolve this and we basically like sorry that’s not my problem. My dad visits this location weekly and also buys 20 subs for his employees. He’s in there and has been for a long time. I was with him and he had a coupon and they said the scanner was down and couldn’t do anything about it . He felt so disrespected by the employees after being a loyal customer for years. He said he’s no lo get giving his hard earned money to a restaurant that is disrespectful and unnecessarily rude. In a small town like this , word of mouth is very important . He plans to relay his experience with all his colleagues and clients . It was that bad of an experience.

Tonight went in, me and one other customer...when I got to the counter..they were stocking cookies and refilling the bins..I was told that the register was not working, waiting for more info the person behind questioned as to what that meant, how could we order and the disrespectful girl said in these exact words "go some where else"...we were both offended and left..We both told her how rude she was and we promised we wouldn't be back...there were three of them there and they giggled...they should be fired..why wasn't a sign put up to stop people from entering, don't they know how to use a calculator and why were they continuing to replenish food if they couldn't serve it..other staff were always pleasant but because of these three you have lost customers...I do not have any intentions of eating at Subway again......there are other places so I won't miss it...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a mobile order both subs were wrong called several times no answer. I came in the store and they had the nerve to be rude to me as if I was the one who was inconveniencing them. After the lady continuously went back and forth with me my order was finally remade.. food was not good seems old and not fresh at all. They need to just shut this place down. Never a good experience I learned my lesson this time never again!

I only regret that I did not get the employees names but it was 4:30pm on 9/9/23. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was fresh. The restaurant was very clean. The bathroom could compete with Buc-ees on cleanliness and space. I have not been to a Subway in a while so the menu changes caught me off guard but I would go back. Kudos to the two ladies working who made the experience worth me taking the time to review the location.

I ordered 2 sandwiches on July 4th online and paid online. The receipt said order will be ready at 9:10 pm. I arrived at 9:05 to a closed locked Subway. The next day, I went back and explained what happened and was told there was nothing they could do. They even thought it was quite humorous that I had ordered and paid and never received my food. I don't find it funny, and I will never recommend this place to anyone. The last few times our orders weren't even right, but I know we all make mistakes, but this last time was it. Just very rude and admitted they knew I never got my food and laughed. Do not recommend this place.
