I went to this location to get a footlong subway for my daughter. After getting the sandwich, my daughter noticed she did not see any oil and vinegar packets. The attendent took back my daughter's sandwich, dumped out the bag, and proceeded to count the packets. She found a grand total of one oil (for a foot long). My daughter's was quite upset. I won't be going back to these rude people. Go to another subway, and spend your valuable money. They are skimpy on the ingredients anyway which I was willing to overlook...but not this treatment. Trust me: If they do it to a child, they will do it again. Stay away!

I get a sub 12 inch once a week either a number 10 or 11 today I get 11 12 inch I don't know what was going one she chopped the meat into cat food which I don't know until later .I returned and showed the majority and was told no refund no credit because it was not hole. She pushed the mess back to me I told them I wouldn't ever be back. I even gave them a 10% tip.

Terrible service. No sign that says drive thru is closed but you will sit there and watch workers pass by and not acknowledge you. Really difficult when you have a baby asleep in the car and you’re only trying to pickup a mobile order…

I was getting my last minute Christmas Shopping and was Hungry! I decided that I needed something Healthy! So I went to Subway … What a Great Decision! I got a Grilled Chicken Salad. . ( extra chicken. ) spinach n fresh vegetables! Everyone was Pleasant n Very Quick with their task . I enjoyed 2 meals from my salad bowl n I will be going back there!
My card was charged twice for the same meal but they did refund my money for the second charge I would advise to only use cash.
Parking: Parking in front of the store is out of the question. But, there is more parking in the rest of the mall area to park you just have to walk a bit.
Kid-friendliness: Not much for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

Worst customer experience EVER!!! I will not be going back there! Their staff was absolutely nasty to me. It was obvious that they did not like their jobs, especially since they said over and over that they hated their * exploitive* job in front of me. One girl said she was not dealing with me and passed me off to the other girl. Horrible experience!!!! Do not eat here!
