On or about 13 August 2025 Wednesday I went to this Subway restaurant 700 Citadel Road Orangeburg, South Carolina to take part of special meal offer. As 2 female servers were preparing my selections, from out from the manager's office was a male who called my name and said welcome back. It caught me off guard. I told him that and he replied you are one of our regular customers who at times will order online and use the drive thru. For this, I have to say, he made me feel appreciated. I will always use this location. In addition, I love the recent renovation. Totally awesome.

Ordered online sit in line almost 30 minutes no one came to the window didn't have but one set of customers finally went in and little woman was very don't care. Not going there again

Staff was incredibly rude, roaches in the lobby, apparently didn't even look at the instructions on the sandwiches and used wrong toppings. Go anywhere else.

This subways has a distinct mold smell when entering. Additionally, there was a juicy roach crawling inside the glass where the meat, cheese and fixings are. I told the worker who I believe is the manager and he told a lady something in an Indian language and she rushed over I guess to kill it or retrieve it. I turned around and left. Won't be back. Yuck.

Bathroom was disgusting! Should have worn gloves! Floor full with trash. Toliet had big black ring! Nasty. Floors & walls all black, yuck! Needs an inspection!

This place has no training or either no care of how to build a sub . My sub was the worst built Sub from anywhere ever . It was as if they just intentionally poured all the liquid condiments on the sandwich after it was closed . Not to mention it must of had a half pound of cucumbers on it . Just will never buy from here again PERIOD . The sandwich , the wraping paper , the bag it all came in . EVERYTHING WAS SOKED IN OIL , VINAGER , MUSTARD AND MAYO . WHAT A MESS ?
