On or about 13 August 2025 Wednesday I went to this Subway restaurant 700 Citadel Road Orangeburg, South Carolina to take part of special meal offer. As 2 female servers were preparing my selections, from out from the manager's office was a male who called my name and said welcome back. It caught me off guard. Almost a 5, but chicken sandwich wasn’t warmed enough and no tip, due to not being acknowledged as a customer. Bland questions about condiments and nothing else. Better not be paid $15/hour for working here.
Food was just like any other subway. But customer service was lacking. They spent more time talking with each other socializing than helping the customer. Customers behind me and I had to call out for them to pay attention to us and start our orders.
