Almost a 5, but chicken sandwich wasn’t warmed enough and no tip, due to not being acknowledged as a customer. Bland questions about condiments and nothing else. Better not be paid $15/hour for working here.
Food was just like any other subway. But customer service was lacking. They spent more time talking with each other socializing than helping the customer. Customers behind me and I had to call out for them to pay attention to us and start our orders.
We had to wait a Super long time to be served at the window because we did not want to go inside due to the pandemic. The drive through had a sign that said pull up to the window where we were ignored for almost 20 minutes. We almost left.
