Terrible customer service. Worst Crunchwrap I’ve ever had! I’ve never had a hashbrown that was so overcooked and hard in my life! This store needs some training on both customer service and food prep. The person that waited on us wouldn’t even speak to us!

I ordered a Nacho cheese DLT no lettuce, add purple cabbage. This the second taco after I sent the 1st back. The cashier (Kimberli S ) in the drive has very nasty attitude when she gets your food wrong and the manager is no help whatsoever. Instead of listening to my concerns about my food and service… she wanna debate with me about what I paid for. I never have this problem when I go to the Taco Bell located on 601

It's taco bell. You have the munchies and you know what you're in for. Nacho fries are always a notch above room temp but still decent. Pro tip: when ordering any type of burrito, ask for it to be grilled.

Hear me out. I went late last night after work to get cinnabons . I asked did they have 12. The young lady told me yes. Instead of her saying to me no we only have six or we only have a certain amount I wouldn’t have gotten it. She had already told me they were out of whatever which is fine. It was close time to closing. When I bit into them, half of them were still cold and two of them were still frozen. You could have just said we only have six that would’ve been OK because of the time of course.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Ordered 3 bean burritos with sour cream. They barely had any sour cream on them and were cold. We asked for extra sour cream and we were told sour cream was $.76 with tax a cup, the same price as adding sour cream on the menu to a burrito. We paid the $.76 and got an half full cup of sour cream. After that confrontation I walked past the counter to go to the bathroom and one of the line workers said “that one right there”. I just walked on. My husband went to the counter to address the sour cream issue. He was given the run around about it. He told the manager if he was paying as much to add sour cream to a burrito as he was for a “cup” then it needs to be the same amount. The manager got an attitude with him and he said this is exactly why I eat at home. The manager replied that’s where he needs to eat and he should have ate there today. Very rude! Very unprofessional, even if it is fast food. $41 on lunch with cold food and a bad attitude.
