No drinks unless you want watered down soda water. No napkins. Filthy restrooms. 7 employees just standing around. They won't see me again. 1st visit in over 2 years. Disappointed.

This location is always out of everything! They never have sodas. The last time I stopped I ordered four items and each thing had something wrong with it. No Catalina sauce. No sodas. They forgot to give me my cinnamon twist. And my nacho Bella grande came in a Mexican pizza Container, which is half size but I still had to pay almost 8 dollars. I don’t know why I’m driving. It’s always a disappointment. Clearly the owners are trying to save money and skim on all the normal things. Taco Bell serves.

Traveling as a family of 5. Stopped for what we thought would be a quick stop only ordering a chicken quesadilla. We waited 25 minutes past the time our mobile order said it would be ready. They seemed like they only cared about drive thru and not counter service or mobile orders. They were very slow and unfriendly. Bathrooms were disgusting and unclean. There was pee all over the toilet seat and the floor was wet (not from being mopped). I would not recommend this Taco Bell.

went for lunch, I wanted lemonade but what came out was water! Out of napkins and straws.Not a good SERVICE! The bathroom was not clean. You cannot order from a person, you need to use the kiosk. I am a big fan of cantina chicken Bowl 🥣 but in this place they served it in less quantity, I almost was able to count each grain of rice! the beans tasted old as same as the salad. We won’t come back!

I've stopped at this location of a ton of times on the way to or from Columbia, and it has always been consistent. The staff is always nice, and the food has been prepared well. We ate in the dining area for a change this most recent visit, and it was clean.

4-12-25 5pm. Got me 3 chipotle melts. Bread wasn't cooked. Cold and gooey. Hardly any food in them or the soft tacos I ordered. Won't be back. Young woman at the window was nice tho.

I ordered double meat in my burritos and there was next to none, double meat double cheese and the burritos were flat..... There were bites with no meat at all just tortilla and cheese.. Smh because there was no meat the cheese was unmeltsd.. So it was just cold cheese and tortilla.. Literally how hard is it to do what the computer screen tells you.. I got ripped off.

Got here before 10:30 On Google maps shows they are open until 1am The lobby was closed I walked thru the drive thru because what i was driving was too tall to drive thru *they said no beef, no soft tacos, and some other things and said it would be a 30 min wait *Someone should have started cooking more beef BEFORE they ran out. *This was poor management to not do so... I Was looking forward to getting some quick "road food" as i took a break from driving
