Food was as experienced and so was the atmosphere. Unfortunately my experience was absolutely ruined by the customer service. My little gripe that I was going to ignore was getting pico on a burrito I selected and confirmed was removed before submitting my order. My large problem was after spending over $40 and paying for two cups of avocado ranch I got at most almost a half a cup between both. I tried my best to make it work but I was a little shy for all the different item. I asked for more and when I explained between both cups not equalling half a cup I was told that because I didn't show them before there was nothing they could do. I accepted that and set back down, only to see a different customer walk up and ask for some more sour cream and the person behind the counter grabbed the bottle and filled there cup untill it was over full over the counter. So this completely ruined my meal from whatever that was.

Bathroom smelled horrible and was not clean. The rest of the restaurant was very dirty. Looked like no one had swept in days. I could tell no one ever swept under the order counter or the drink machine. If that’s how dirty the customer area was then I am fearful of what the kitchen area was like.

Had a mix up with an order at the wrong location and the manager called and got it transferred to her location so I didn’t have to travel. It helped me out so much. We stop at this location every time we travel through everything always taste good and fresh. We love the customer service and friendly employees. Shout out to Jo Jo she was amazing.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla it came with barely any meat and tasted funny now I got a blister on my upper lip I don’t know if the food was not stored properly or what but my lip was not like that before I ate this food 🤷🏾♂️ def not coming back

got the chicken cantina taco meal gave us hard tacos with chicken. ordered a chicken quesadilla meal with a soft taco we did not receive a soft taco. ordered a grilled cheese burrito it only had beef and rice in it no sauce nothing else not even the grilled cheese on the outside. had no dr pepper or sprite. absolutely ridiculous! also handed our food not in bags and gave us bathroom paper towels. the lady at the window was rushing us out too.
