My husband wanted to try this restaurant before we left the city and it turned out to be a great decision. We chose fried fish, wings, and fries. The Wait was a decent amount of time and the food was served hot and fresh. The catfish was juicy with the right amount of seasoning; no hot sauce was needed but it would boost the flavor. I love their catfish and seasoned fries dinner. It is tasty every time I go; however, the customer service is lacking. The owner has been rude, loud and obnoxious on more than one occasion. The workers are always cordial and nice when coming through the drive-thru, but the manager is not nice at all. He has a bad attitude and has hung up on me before.
I’ve visited this place several times now and overall the food is great. However, the person who answers the phone is an instant deterrent to not patronize this establishment. It’s the attitude and lack of enthusiasm that can be felt through the phone; which now changes my whole entire mood.
