I will say that the food was decent, no complaints there. But the waitress staff is horrible. Me and my party literally waited 30 min for someone to get our drink order and when we place our order, our waitress didn’t turn on the grill which apparently they’re supposed to do. Which means the chef had to cook on the grill behind him which defeated the purpose of us choosing to eat at a grill instead of a booth.The waitress never came back to check in or ask for refills. We had no plates nor utensils, I had to literally ask. If it wasn’t for the chef we would’ve never got anything tbh. Food is decent but that waitress staff needs to do better and I’m not a difficult customer at all.

The worst place I have ever been too! The waitress took my order repeat it back and charged me for something I didn't order. Then took a lunch break before my food came, so when the new waitress came they had to deal with my frustration. I would never recommend this place.
It was a delightful experience and very delicious. Wonderful wait staff as well!

Food was meh ... presentation was good, but food lacked, I'm not sure, flavor - the right flavor ... the ginger was overly colored, but had no ginger flavor. They had a good selection of menu items, but I was not "impressed" by any of the ones we got. The server seemed distracted and we had several incorrect items delivered to our table, which we ate (& didn't pay for), because of the size of our party (7), by the time the food hit the table & the server/person who brought it disappeared, we weren't sure what it was & if any of us had ordered that particular thing. The area was loud, with 3/4 of the tables sat ... we were not seated at a grill. Dimly lite, which was fine, but an additional table light would have been good to help identify the food?? We did not get any alcohol or desserts, so I can't speak to those. But the whole experience was the most 3 on a scale EVER. Not significantly bad, but not significantly great. Just meh, 3. Nice saltwater fish tank though & had a sushi bar area, so not a 2.
