Absolutely awful! Way too long to get food. The entire crew including the shift supervisor had eyes glazed over and zero sense of urgency. The bathrooms reeked of weed and when we walked out employees were smoking weed in the parking lot.
The lobby drink machine was down so the counter person said she would get the drinks. When I picked up my food 20 minutes later I asked for my drinks the supervisor asked what I had. I stated I’m unsure since there were 5 of us. She snapped back you mean you don’t know what you ordered?! I then yelled across the lobby to ask my family what they ordered for drinks. I had to come back up to the counter to get my sauces for the nuggets ordered. This took too long and no one was ready to help just acting busy or like complete fools on the drive through side.
The food overall was edible except for my “Asiago Ranch Spicy Chicken. This was the driest most overcooked piece of chicken I have ever had. No Asiago ranch just mayo. Pickles?? That was a first, and shredded lettuce.
Wendy’s has always been one of our favorites but it’s been I while since we have been. Never again! There are better options…. Chick-fil-a or Culver’s has good food and absolutely stellar service EVERY time.

After placing my order at drive thru I noticed a deal at the bottom so I asked if I could get that, she complied. Said it would be 5 minutes because they have to bake the English muffin. Gave me no receipt, dropped some of my change. I pulled forward to wait for my order. Did not take 5 minutes at all. One sandwich was nice and warm the other no warmth no softness at all. The English muffin must have been from the day before. It didn't make sense. A waste of my money. I didn't take it back because I had a family member at the ER. Yall have to do better just do better.

We went through the drive through, and they have one of the rudest workers there. She left her microphone on and you could hear her cursing and talking to and about other customerz. When she finally toom my order after sitting in the drive thru for 5 plus minutes she was very short and rude. I had a coupon on the app and they forgot to scan it and all she said was oh well. I alsi had 2 of the jr frosty key tags and had to ask for them a couple times. My sandwiches were made wrong and the fries and nuggets had been sitting there for a while. I work with the public as well and would never treat people the way she did. I will be calling corporate on this location.
At 7am, they have about 4 or 5 employees inside, but can't serve you because they don't have anyone to take your order. Kind of confused on this one.
Service here was terrible. I ordered on line and still waited 35 mins for my food. They stopped taking orders at the front because they could not keep up with the drive thru and call in. So people in our group waited for almost 50 mins.

Ordered carryout about 10 minutes out and had my meal ready almost timed perfectly, but not without concerns
- basically unable to fulfill any alternate drinks. No cold brew, no freestyle - couldn't do a cherry coke zero - and perhaps the worst at lunch, no ice?! So I settled for a lemonade that was brewed cold, and got a lukewarm diet Coke. Honestly gross.
- everything fried was burnt. I'm no expert, but the fries and nuggets both were overdone.
- even with 20 people at the counter, props to the lady fulfilling orders. You had people grumping at you, you had me with my fancy asks from the mobile app, and you served me with a smile. Thank you for doing your best at a crazy 1:30 rush.

Sign on door “no lettuce” shouldve been enough. Guy who prepped food -no gloves. Cashier was talking on her earbuds about her transmission when I ordered. After I ordered and received food I had to ask for my drink then I’m told they have no ice. Fries n burger were room temperature and nuggets too. Note to self quit all of them except for ChikFila.

I worked at Wendy's when I was a kid, so I understand their stress of lunch rush. The entire place looked like it was ridden hard and put up wet, BUT it was not from a lack of effort. They were understaffed, but every person working there was trying and polite in the face of a long line and a few upset customers. I would eat here again because I know that although the soda machine was empty and the fountain in the back was dispensing flat soda that the crew was putting in the effort in the face of adversity.

Meanest drive thru employee of all time took our order. Extremely rude and my girlfriend was scared to even pull up and was on the verge of tears. I've never had a worst fast food experience. Location in need of serious management. Do not go to this wendys.
