There was trash trays all over the restaurant The trash cans were bulging out the top cuz they had an emptied them The bathrooms were dirty and there was stuff all over the floor and I'm not sure if it was mud or something worse. The burgers were sloppy cuz they put so much ketchup on them and lettuce that it all was falling out as I was eating the burger and all in all it was just a dirty place. It was also pretty expensive for just three people. Over $40 was spent on the $25 meal.

Stopped by Wendy’s expecting a quick, classic fast-food fix — but left disappointed (and fry-less). They were completely out of French fries, which feels a bit like a pizza place running out of dough. When we asked about it, the staff seemed more annoyed than apologetic, as if we’d personally offended them by wanting fries at a burger joint.

The food we did get was just okay, but honestly, it’s hard to enjoy a burger without fries. Between the rude service and missing menu staples, this visit was a letdown. Hopefully, management can get things back on track, because this Wendy’s definitely wasn’t “fresh, never frozen” — it was just cold and cranky.

I was waiting from 9:10 PM all the way up till 9:53 PM to get my food. I would’ve gave up, but I spent so much time waiting in line. I feel like it would be a waste to just leave. Do not come here if you’re on a road trip or if you’re in a rush.

Went here for a meal. I ordered a Dave’s single burger combo. The manager served me my food from drive thru. I drove off unknowingly without my drink. I circled back but and then realized the fries were cold and hard and the meat in the burger was old and dried out. Got it replaced with a Cobb salad served again by the manager. Got home to a salad with old wilted lettuce and old tomatoes, chicken and bacon.

Went in Wendy's 9/17/25 on my break at 1215pm got there around 1220. So we all notice how dirty the manager shirt was and she was on fries, and fixing nuggets. Mind you nobody on front counter passing out food nothing but the lady taking orders n it was like 9 people in there. So the young lady on drive thru was doing drive thru and helping getting orders out. So when she finally decided to help the young lady dropped a burger wrapped on the floor and the manager picked the burger up and put it back on the counter to give to a customer. So we all seen it in the lobby she whispers to the lady making burgers to move it. Then went to the back and didn't come back out. When it comes to a food business you can't just hire anyone this not the first time she's been dirty and im pretty sure we all eating dirty food when she works.

Pulled to drive thru to be told I had to come inside and place my order at a kiosk because of shift change. Only for the car right behind me to be accepted?? I walk in and all employees immediately turn away. I place my order, and it was wrong. As I hand it back I can hear the employees say I did something wrong. I get my order and go to sit in the lobby that is disgusting. Worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had.

I've been waiting in line for almost 15 minutes before someone took my order. When they finally did, we asked for a receipt and they said that they had no paper receipt, im sure it's because they dont want people to complain. It took an extra 10 minutes to get the food. Went throught drive thru tonight which took about 10 min before my order was taken with one car in front of me I asked for freshly cooked nuggets and fries meal the nuggets was already cooked and put back in hot oil just like the fries 🍟 and then was told rudely to pull up and wait now I will say usually the day shift is a whole lot better but the manger on night shift is so nasty from now on I will see who working before I order anything else from there at nights this lady needs some serious re training
