There was trash trays all over the restaurant The trash cans were bulging out the top cuz they had an emptied them The bathrooms were dirty and there was stuff all over the floor and I'm not sure if it was mud or something worse. The burgers were sloppy cuz they put so much ketchup on them and lettuce that it all was falling out as I was eating the burger and all in all it was just a dirty place. The food is always hot and the customer service is consistently pleasant. However, I expected ordering through the app to speed up the process, but that hasn’t been the case. I’m starting to question the benefit of using the app if there’s still a wait when you arrive at the restaurant

The staff was very friendly.
The beverage unit definitely needed some attention. As a Coke flavoring was very diluted and it was quite messy.
