Made an order for $57 and the wings were undercooked! Tried returning the wings and I was told that I needed to bring everything back! Instead of refunding me for the wings I brought back they are telling me to bring everything back even when I’m telling them that the other food is alright just not the wings! Do better!!! Not everyone is trying to scam you!

The absolute worse I wouldn't even call this place a restaurant. Made a order on line. Was told it would be 30 mins. I go in after 30 no one at the counter to help me. Finally a girl comes out and I tell here I had a on line order and told her my name. She never came back and told me a thing. I set in there for another 30 I Finally am able to fight through the crowd of people because its elbow to elbow in there. And needs to say my order had been setting there the hole time. Now it ice cold. Never ever will I step back into that place. Just like every other eating establishment in orangeburg. The service is worse than terrible and the food disgusting. And I hope i get a reply from management

The wings were the best we’ve ever had from here in Orangeburg. They were busy BECAUSE they just opened but that is too expected. Duh. We will be back since they were super busy. Sad how impatient and rude can be. Yesh. Taking a picture but only have 1 left and french fries are also almost all gone.
I visited this location on the 09/11/2025. I ordered my food through the app. I still had to wait almost an hour for my food. I had the 10 PC wing combo. I Had half garlic parmesan half hot honey. The fries were cold and soggy. The wing were cold as well. The hot honey tasted ok.( that was my first time trying that flavor) the garlic parmesan had little to no flavor. I'm not sure what type of parmesan cheese they used but it didn't taste nothing like parmesan cheese. The best thing in my order was the ranch. I would think since the wait was so long the food would have been hot. The customer service wasn't all that great.

Was expecting a lot but was let down. Fries were sweaty and soggy, chicken was uneavenly coated with sauce as if it’s WW2 and they’re rationing and the Diet Coke taste like a handful of coins was left in the soda for a month. Only reason not a 1 star is because the food was eatable. Hopefully things shake for the best.
