Order the traditional 10 piece w flavor sauce on the side. The chicken was cold and no sauce on site. I ordered through the drive thru.

Don’t use their mobile app unless you want to wait an hour for food. I went up to check on the status of my order that was way overdue and was told they were “running behind.” Meanwhile the customer ordering 4 value meals at the register during my inquiry got her food immediately and I sat and waited some more. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t worth the wait

Waited to order, was told they weren't serving full menu (understandable, it was 30 mins before closing and the staff was friendly about it). However, if you are stilling willing to serve, make sure you get the order right. Clarified our order 3 times, waited 20 minutes, and still got it wrong (along with the smallest, lukewarm chicken fingers).

The traditional wings are cooked so hard I can’t even chew the are over cooked and the fries are like they recooked them the toast is so tuff you can’t eat it this is the 3rd time I have gotten food from here I had to throw the whole plate in the trash never will I try eating there again and if you don’t want to waste your money you shouldn’t go there

Evening managers customer service is trash! An error on their end that could of been solved quicker with him taking the time & knowing how to speak to someone instead i had to call customer support have them email me my order summary again just to get my food. Said im slowing him down by talking to him and “heres where you messed up at because you lying” & “ if you didnt use the app i cant help you” took me spending an hour in the restaurant to get a $10 order because he dont got time to speak. Overly unprofessional, short, and loud. Take the time and drive to the north road location atleast you can actually talk to someone in management there with a professional demeanor

Workers were rude ane inattentive. Took them about 10 mins to recognize we were even there to order. Walked right by us like we weren't there. Tried to get a sauce and they wouldn't even look at me. It was 1.5 hours before closing and they just wanted to leave.

I stopped by this location at 9:30 on a Saturday night after a Softball tournament , and the drive thru was busy. I waited 15 minutes just to place the order and 15 minutes to receive my four meal. I’m from out of town so once I receive food I proceed to the interstate and when kids opened box’s food literally smelt like a cigarette ash tray (Burnt Smell). Needless to said I wasn’t turning to wait another 30 minutes to get a refund or a new order so meals were trashed.
Zaxby’s is the family’s favorite restaurant and have been to different locations hundreds of times and never encountered anything like this. I noticed other reviewers had this very same complaint and I’m curious to know what was causing the burn smell on food because it didn’t look burnt or anything different than usual.
Management/ Customer Support needs to look into this recurring problem. I’m out of $50 due to someone lack competency or laziness.

The food wasn't the best I didn't get my dipping sauce. And when I asked for them the lady told me I would need to pay extra. I didn't ask for extra. I asked for what comes with the meal.
