Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I would have been better off going thru the drive thru. Dine in service is a joke. They only care about the drive thru and coming inside. After a 15 minute wait I was given under cooked fries with no seasoning.

Takes way too long to get food out to me every time I go there. They move so slow in there with plenty of people working. Highly do not recommend. I put in an online order and got there at the time the app told me too and it still took them 20 minutes to hand me my food. While I was sitting there at the window.
Another time I went I sat in the drive thru line for over an hour!.

Rude. Didn't give us sauces with the meals after requesting them specifically. Food was chewy and old. Refused to leave off the toast in my order. Won't ever go back.

Terrible experience. Good thing this is my go-to place. The food was decent but the bathrooms were dirty. The service was bad. The girl was very annoyed for people to come into the lobby. Maybe she wasn't having a good day. I can understand that. The shift manager was spot on though. He was trying to get some orders and get people to do their jobs. He was running around trying to do everything while workers were on the phone or sitting down.

Zaxbys responded to this review informing me to go to zaxbyslistens.com. I just went there and it's asking for a survey code. It's been 10 days since I ate at that location. I don't know what the code would be. So you can't even move forward at the site without the code. Thanks for wasting my time.

Similar to Huey Magoos. Good chicken. Yummy cheese bites. Fries were a little over seasoned. Overflowing trash bins during lunch time.

Zabys is just dirty at this location.
Im visiting from the North and to me the South has very high cleaning standards.( better than the North) So it surprises me how they just do not clean the place. Its just feels so sticky sitting down and the bathroom is a mess. Also they just threw my food together the presentation was nothing like the photos.

Just went to finish my Zalad for dinner to find a hair which was cooked into a piece of my Chicken on my zalad🤢 someone needs to do better honestly hopefully you can see it in the pictures it was dark so had to use flash

Friendly Advice: There’s another well-known chicken themed fast food establishment, and it’s just down the road…you should try that one before stopping here.

Do you like good customer service, ice for your drink, and value your time? Don’t go here! Went inside for a carryout order with a line in front and soon after, behind me. The employees here have no sense of urgency, no sense of good customer service, and they had difficulty counting change when someone paid with cash. They were annoyed with each person that asked for ice (ice was available behind the counter, but not in dining area). I asked for extra sauce on my sandwich and didn’t get it. On the bright side, the food was hot and the water was delicious!

What’s the cause of the bad parts? Hiring practice, lack of training, bad management? Not sure, but there’s a lot of room for improvement. Hopefully they will do better and will have changed their ways by the time you decide to give them a chance.

I went thru the drive thru to order and I was told to hold I waited over 20 minutes in the to order employee never came back on to take my order. There was a line of cars waiting behind me. If you guys were short staff what happen to call employees in. What kind of business is that! Where is the customer satisfaction. I will never go back to this restaurant!! They need a lot of improving on service!!

This is the slowest Zaxby I have ever been to. The food was alright.

Had a great meal this Sunday just had lunch staff was great I would highly recommend

Food was banging especially those veggie egg rolls! I’m hooked. I visited Zaxbys 2 days in a row so you know they were on point!
