Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The food at this location is entirely too salty. I ordered 4 chicken strips with extra fries and the meal was terrible because of the saltiness. Why aren't the food and drink servers wearing gloves?And why is the rear door always open?

So I went to zaxbys the other night. Maybe 9 PM. They close at 11 I think. Food was horrible. How is it even legal for people to pay $16 for a meal that looks like this? Is it management? Is it ownership? What’s going on? This is unacceptable. Did you see the chicken strips. They don’t even have breading on them. If customers started holding these restaurants account we wouldn’t have these issues. I did the survey online and usually a manager would reach out, but no one did.

The night shift sucks… they need new management or new employees because waiting 10 minutes at the speaker to place my order while her head set was still on all I heard was I’m ready to go home an horse play an laughter they’re really rude whoever works drive though widow an speaker you don’t need to have people working drive though if they have an attitude an sound like they hate there job… simple as that.

Came to get some lunch and ordered 5 fingerz plate. They had me pull up and I waited about 10 min for my food after being in the drive through. My tenders were cold like they had been sitting so I went inside to get it remade. Older lady takes my plate and shoves it to the kitchen open with an attitude asking for fresh tenders. Not even 2 min go by and they give me the same plate back with new tenders . I just didn’t appreciate the way the plate was handled. At that point I wanted a new plate.

This is a lousy Zaxbys. Poorly run. Credit card machine breaks so I have to pay cash. The order was taken incorrectly and came out wrong. Bathroom soap and paper towels need some attention.

Chicken strips are small, fries were cold.had to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Instead of having the car in front of my park or pull up they let him sit there, we're they normally make you pull up if they had to wait on your food.

The more I come, the friendlier everyone is! All drive thru places have their good & bad days. I think you can’t rush perfection!! Thanks y’all!

The workers are incredibly rude and nasty no matter how nice you try to be with them.

Visit this Zaxby’sat least once a week went there today ordered a 20 piece traditional wings got home. There were 16 in there they can’t count never again. Make sure you check your food before you leave A called back and let them know and they told me they could not help me because I did not have my receipt

Stopped and yes you were busy. We made out order for the family.
The qyessailla hardly had anything on it. It was missing the ranch. The side order of fries had 14 fries and a couple broke pieces. My boys 4 finger meal had hardly no fries and 3 strips.
No ice.
No season salt on fries
A waste of money

I ordered a zac snack and the fries tasted like hot garbage. They were soggy and tasted like they’ve been on a grill that hasn’t been cleaned the entire day. Then, I found a piece of what seems to be dried up tomato on my chicken strips? I’m confused because I didn’t order anything with tomato in it. 🤦🏾‍♀️ This isn’t the first time my fries have tasted like that. Do better, Zaxbys.

Horrible drive thru service after 9pm. Parking lot completely dark like they are closed but they are actually opened till 10:30pm. Ridiculous management
