Stopped in on my way out to a rescue I work with. Absolutely great little spot. Family run. The young man who took my order and brought my food was awesome and very attentive. I Got the hot dogs with chili and cheese and a brownie! Both were VERY GOOD. I’ve since looked at the reviews and saw their subs and they looked amazing. Will definitely be stopping by anytime I’m out this way.
We traveled from FL to Anderson then to pacolet to revisit family history in pacolet/Glendale/jonesville. Amazing to find a restaurant named same as our grandchild nickname. EJs was a jewel to find. A family owned and operated restaurant with floor sized tic tac toe and checker board. An atmosphere similar to Mayberry, Andy Griffin show. The tuna, egg salad and chicken salad were fantastic with generous portions and reasonably priced . Granddaughter was treated to a soda fountain...

The family who owns EJ is also very kind and warm. They were very attentive and were enjoyable to chat with during our visit.
We look forward to visiting again!
