Ordering ahead is a waste of time EVERYTIME! The order is never ready or there’s some mistake when I go thru the drive thru in the morning. This time I went inside to pick up my order and the service was so slow I forgot it’s supposed to be fast food. The only person moving fast was the lady who was making the orders. My order was sitting there so long the food was cold by the time I got to eat it and I was almost late getting to work. The lady wearing the mask needs more pep in her step or they need more help!

Came across this Hardee’s while passing through Pacolet and the service did not disappoint. Food was cooked to order and delicious. Kyzer and his coworker showed great hospitality. Will be going back as I’m passing through.

Just went there to get something to eat, now mind you we were the only car in drive-thru and Noone was inside it still took 8 minutes to get my food which would have been bad had it been hot but it wasn't it was cold as crap and the bread on my burgers was so hard I couldn't eat it. It's getting ridiculous that you don't want to go out to eat anymore cause it's just throwing money away because I end up having to buy something else to fix at home anyways.

I tried to redeem a rewards for a free biscuit at the drive thru, cashier said it was for inside only , so she took my reward to the cash register inside and I was still over charged…no receipt and I got charged double on my credit card.

Stopped by this morning to have a gravy biscuit and everything was wonderful. Smiles and happy to serve. Even had a lady come from behind the counter to make sure everyone was happy with everything if there was anything we needed. Thank you for checking on us and serving such a great breakfast!

Used to be a good place to go eat in Pacolet. Now they can’t change the oil properly, can’t clean properly, and just don’t care about their customers anymore. The fried chicken always tastes burnt because they’re too cheap to order fresh oil. Has been an issue consistently far too long now. Just shut down the location. You suck. As seen in the picture, the breading hasn’t even been cooked enough, so it shouldn’t taste burnt the way it does.
Ordered and asked for no mayo got home and they put so much on it I should've checked before I left (this isn't the first time it's happened) so I'll definitely will be driving the extra distance to go somewhere else for now on

Staff yelling at each other and cursing, cashier telling customers food is “still frozen” (this was at lunch time), soap bucket and cleaner sitting on the food counter. No clean table. Didn’t dare use the restroom. Flies all over and no lid on the sweet tea jug. Took 20 mins for a chicken sandwich with nobody else here. Zero professionalism or tact. Pretty trashy, but it matches the rest of the town I guess. Guy behind me asked for a shake, woman behind the counter said “I’m not making those right now” in a rude tone.
Being 1 of 2 food establishments in town, you would think there would be more effort put into this place.
Kid-friendliness: Would let my kids interact with this staff it was the last restaurant on earth.
