The ppl they have working here don't take pride in their work for sure. My pizza looked like it had been dropped on the floor and for the price, I'd rather drive to cedar springs Little Caesars bc I can get 2 or 3 pizzas for the price I pay for 1 pizza at Papa John's.

Ordered the new pasta bake dish and it was only a quarter full with more grease than food. Absolutely disgusting

All was OK till I went to pick up order. was told via text it was ready, but when I got there was told they just started preparing it. Then 25 minutes later was given wrong order and my order been ready the whole time. Young kid wasn't listening and wasn't given good service.Seem like a very disorganized team behind the counter and rude.Not going back there.
