If you dine in like we did, it smells like a landfill. The restaurant dining area is not clean. Spilled drinks on the floor, no wet floor sign put up, trash on the floor, tables are not even cleaned. Highly recommend dine somewhere else

Very unprofessional and they let chicken sit for long periods at a time along with the sides instead constantly get out fresh food. I am disappointed! Need better leadership. It suppose to be fast food, but having to wait about 30 minutes. Also they was not constantly washing hands after each task. They better hope my family don't get sick.

This establishment is VERY unprofessional. my order was ALL the way wrong and the customer service is extremely ridiculous. I ordered a 2 piece dark dinner with 2 legs and they got that wrong i got a leg and a thigh. the fries were so stale and hard it was crazy. I ordered a bo berry cookie and bo-berry biscuit and the biscuit was hard and the woman who was making my order told me they didnt have any bo berry cookies only chocolate chip but when I got home I saw I didnt have ANY cookies. This bojangles always messes up my order and doesnt communicate well woth their coworkers to get the job done they are only concerned with leaving 10 mins before their shift is actually completed to do a half job on peoples orders.
