First time ever eating at a bojangles. Nothing special. Just a chicken place like KFC and Popeyes. Place was a little dirty and some workers were not the best representation for the business.

This establishment is VERY unprofessional. my order was ALL the way wrong and the customer service is extremely ridiculous. I ordered a 2 piece dark dinner with 2 legs and they got that wrong i got a leg and a thigh. the fries were so stale and hard it was crazy. I ordered a bo berry cookie and bo-berry biscuit and the biscuit was hard and the woman who was making my order told me they didnt have any bo berry cookies only chocolate chip but when I got home I saw I didnt have ANY cookies. This bojangles always messes up my order and doesnt communicate well woth their coworkers to get the job done they are only concerned with leaving 10 mins before their shift is actually completed to do a half job on peoples orders.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Biscuits are always broke up. Employees are rude and unprofessional. Makes no sense to be a breakfast place and can’t even get decent breakfast anymore without it falling apart in your lap or being cold.

Bo berry biscuits were hard even after we asked for soft got charged for extra icing wasn't on there and the manager was cross contaminating with dirty gloves gross don't eat here u will be sick
Do not eat here the manager answered the phone with her gloved hands and then didn't change her gloves and went back to making my food absolutely not that is cross containmenation disgusting

It reminded me why I stopped going there not to mention the staff is rude and act like the customers are an inconvenience to them.

I took my daughters here after a funeral. Waited at the speaker for over ten minutes saying hello! No answer. So get to the window and paid for our food. The fries was cold. My daughter sandwich was cold and I walked in and the manager. Said make another and put quotations up saying make sure it’s not cold! I kept my peace. Cause I didn’t have time today. If I could give no stars I would.
