The customer service is good, food good. Be careful going to this Bojangles. I noticed no one washing their hands serving food or wearing gloves. 12/15/24, 8:30am order a sausage biscuit and was told they are out of biscuits because they ran out of flour

Other than some of the Employees had the adult children sitting in the lobby, taking up customer space or laying all over the service counter where the customer's food is placed on a tray. It's great.
Wheelchair accessibility: All Bojangle's has handicap parking and handicap accessibility in and out of the restaurants.

We ordered inside the restaurant to sit down. Waited almost 12-15 min after we ordered. Sooo many employees (at least 10+) and no one working except 2 girls. Once we saw we were getting skipped, I had to speak up and get someone's attention (which was difficult to do!) So sad. Won't ever return.

I had a biscuit left out of my bag and i called about it. The manager Jerry told me to ask for him when i come back there. I did the following day and not only did he give me my missing biscuit but a whole meal. This really made my morning and i appreciate it Thanks guys. You and your shift are great at what you all do!
