Ordered curbside and no one came out and it was 10 mins passed the pickup time. I called the store and no one answered. Went to drive thru window picked up food and went home and saw they forgot a combo order. Went back and gave them receipt and they hand me a sandwich. I pointed out on receipt it was a combo so she asked what side, I said Mac and cheese and I was handed fries. Asked for coke and it was Dr.Pepper then when I asked for my receipt back they said they didn't have it. I understand people make mistakes but this happened 2x! Not acceptable and didn't even get an apology for inconvenience! I'll never go back. Poor customer service!!!!

All the food was cold, my wings were overcooked and dried out, fries tasted as if they were sitting for 24 hours, and they gave us the wrong food. The only thing that was good was the cookies.

Food was great took almost an hour to get food and nothing in lobby was put out like napkins tea condiments. The lobby was dirty and the employees had an attitude when asked why the wait was so long at a fast food restaurant.

My first time at this chain. Was on a road trip and kept seeing this chain at many places so decided to try it. It was a Cajun fried chicken place. Not bad. Our sandwiches were quickly put together but tasted good. Can’t really complain, my hunger was satisfied.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Stopped on my way to work, drive thru attendant was rude over the speaker. Got to window and she continues to be rude with me. I checked my order before I left and not surprised, I was missing an item. They had already closed the window. I say "excuse me", the young lady who had been in the background complaining how tired she was opens the window, still complaining she's tired. I tell her she forgot my orange juice. She goes nad gets it, half hands it out the window without acknowledging me. I have to half climb to reach it.I tell them they need to learn some customer service and they start yelling back at me.Definitely won't be stopping there again and will be contacting management.Disgusting.

I absolutely would not eat here, I asked for a grilled chicken biscuit and the lady didn’t even know what it was and said they didn’t serve that, I have bought that at every bojangles across the US, I asked again and she very rude said we are serving breakfast not lunch, I would not waste my time
