Hardee’s in Smithville is very disappointing. I order a ham and egg biscuit several times a week and have always been pleased. Yesterday and today was not a good experience. Ordered my normal yesterday and found some weird burrito when I got to work. I tried to call and just let them know so hopefully they would make it right next time and nonody would answer. I thought it’s breakfast time and they are busy, no biggie. I took a picture of it in case they ask when I go through. Went through today and placed my order. I told the lady and she said let me ask my manager. Her manager said discount it. Well when I order through the app the biscuit is under $5, but when I ordered at the drive through it was $5.55 which I thought was weird. Well the manager said discount $0.55. I told the lady that I didn’t even get my biscuit yesterday and they are only discounting $0.55 cents. She said it is her manager. It’s not about the money, but if a place does not take care of customers then they won’t be back. Where has respect and accountability gone in our society? Well, I know that my $5 a day won’t make an impact moving forward now that I won’t be back, but hopefully more people will choose to do business where they are at least somewhat valued and appreciated. We the customers deserve better for our hard earned money.

We just had Hardee’s in Lafayette, IN & it was the best Hardee’s I’ve ever had!!! It was very clean & the food was delicious!!!Store # 1506408 & Melissa M. was the excellent cashier!!!

Order honey mustard chicken wraps. Get down the road and open it up to eat them and they’re all ranch. Not honey mustard.

The food is good, service is good, I've never really been a fan of Hardee's, but this one does have good burgers ( the big burgers), haven't tried their regular burgers.

No Country ham, wait on service goes they need to do other things besides hel0 customers purchase food. If you want you food warm, they microwave it. Atmosphere if they dint want customers, I'll choose a different place to eat.

I had a really bad experience with Hardee's when I was younger after going into a nasty restaurant, when Hardee's opened up in the new Loves built in town I decided to try it again. Now we eat there quite often especially since my toddler can get his side of bacon anytime of the day!!
The Hardees on South George Washington Hwy, in Chesapeake Va is the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to in my entire life. They are slow, no sense of urgency. Make people wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes just to order food. It is totally unacceptable and I will not be spending another dollar there ever again. I had bee a previous patron for 40 years of my life at this restaurant, but never again.

I got a super bacon biscuit The best guy was hard as a rock on the bottom and crunchy. You could definitely tell it was well past where they should have used it I didn't even wind up eating it and by the time I went to eat the biscuit and it was like this I was too far off the road where I wasn't about to turn around. The staff there is great they always seem short staff and they do their best but I think they wind up too short staff to notice things like this
