On Tuesday 18 November, I stopped ate Hardee's at 6671 Roswell Road (Abernathy Road) about 2:30pm. (Atlanta)
The food is always good, but the french fries were absolutely SPECTACULAR!!
It was by far the best loaded omelet biscuit I've had in a very long time.. it actually had the meat. Unfortunately the biscuit was in crumbles and it was very difficult to eat.
Chronic short staffing has created an obvious negative culture at this location. The food is hit or miss and the service can be on the less than acceptable side. This isnt their fault but can be frustrating. When they have been properly staffed everything seems to click and the service is top notch and the food is excellent. This just hasnt been the case much recently
