I went through the drive thru today 4/6/2024 around 4pm with my 7 yr old grandson. The young man at the drive thru taking orders cussed me over the intercom. I misunderstood him & thought he was asking the size of fries and drink I wanted I said medium coke. He said you F-ing people can’t hear. I said excuse me but you won’t talk to me that way. He said do you not want your F-ing food. I told no not after those remarks. I called customer service to report him. It’s bad that...read full review

McDonald's offers a mixed experience. While some items like the Big Mac can be disappointing, the staff and service are generally good. The food is always fresh, the fries are always hot, and the drinks are always perfect. The service is great and always with a smile and respect. The sandwich build is awesome and very neatly organized with a perfect amount of condiments. However, the frappe machine has been out for a long time. It is a good place to take kids, but there is no play area anymore.
